I left this establishment shaking with anger and embarrassment. I’ll preface by saying I have been an employee of subway (2005)and an avid customer since 2003. I have never had a more humiliating experience while ordering online.
I ordered a foot long for my sister’s lunch at this location via the subway app. I go inside and tell the man behind the counter that I placed a mobile order. He asked for the name, I told him “Jerrica”. He grabbed the foot long and asked if he could verify the order on my phone. I showed him. He then asked for my id to ensure that I am indeed Jerrica Livengood.
In this area my name is very uncommon, also I showed my order on the app. To then ask for a photo id to pick up a sandwich that has been paid for ( with proof) is just a bit over and beyond customer security. I personally have never have to show an id to get a $12 lunch.
I would recommend that people steer clear unless you don’t utilize online purchases, or be prepared to show a hard copy of your photo id

Owner was very rude seemed as if he didn’t care to take my money, then he proceeds to make my sandwich I asked for a chicken bacon ranch didn’t put ranch on it. I thought that was clearly in the name, but got a little pissy after I told him some ranch too, and then I found cardboard in my soda somehow.

Got a DoorDash from here and they didn’t deliver it. Called and spoke to the “store manage” (he wishes) and he said that I would have to contact DoorDash. I did and DoorDash tried to contact them since I ordered from their app, and my dash support was hung up on by the manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THE STORE MANAGER IS A PRICK AND NEEDS RO BE REPLACED.

I’m completely done with Subways. The food isn’t that good and the bread is a disgusting dehydrated blob but really the customer service sucks too. They make it super hard to use the deals on their app. I’ve seen this all over the country but now here in Jeff City I came in with printed coupons that were mailed to me and they said “they only take them on Fridays and Saturdays but they don’t print it on the coupon.” I was like the coupon expires Thursday and they just shrugged their shoulders.

I understand everyone who rate one star. I would put 0 star if I can. Owner is mean .I try use coupon but I didn’t pay attention they have restrictions on some subs .he start throwing everything and yelling.didnt give me receipt.
Today I stop at Ashland subway .girl was nice .make good stake sub.
I compare service and it’s totally different story. ( And she did stake sub on coupon without problem ).
I’m delivery driver and I will stop better in Ashland subway instead this one weard at Jefferson City

THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! I am not one to write negative reviews, but this particular situation an negative review is in order. I ordered on the app per usual, and walked into the correct restaurant I verified, said I had an online order and the manger said no they didn’t have one. I showed him my receipt and order and he said yes this was the correct restaurant and refused to honor my order. Stated that since he never got it, he won’t make it. He only suggested I try to order again and pay again, yet I have been charged and no order. In all my life I have bever been treated with such disrespect, This person does not
belong in customer service. I left the restaurant with no lunch and or resolution on to a refund of my order. Very very disappointing!

The kid working here last night (learned from survey response he’s related to the owner) was rude, argumentative, and clearly hated his job. Argued about how to make the subs, the portions for the wraps (charged as a 12″ with 12″ portions) but refused to put the proper serving, cited he was “taught differently,” refused to allow us to buy the extra portion, citing it was against policy and “not allowed,” threatened to kick us out for asking the questions we did. Will never come here again. Don’t recommend this location for anyone.

Went in for a sub and noticed there was only one employee, he clearly had a cold or something and kept clearing his throat while making the sandwiches, when he made our first sandwich he typed it into the register with his gloves on then proceeded to make the next sandwich without changing them. Two days later and I have cold symptoms now and I can’t help but wonder if I got whatever illness he had.

They clearly need to hire more people if their employees have to come to work sick. Why has it become subways standard to only have one or two people at every location?
