The two girls that took our order never acknowledged is as far as telling us that they’ll be right with us. They both looked like they didn’t want to be there and they didn’t like each other. My husband and I could cut the tension with a knife. After we paid the lady just said “there you go” and that was it, other employees we’ve seen there were truly nice and welcoming.

The customer service here was top-tier. We were treated with so much kindness and support. We definitely appreciate and will be back very soon. Both ladies that work were extremely polite and helped us through the whole process. Order a pickup. Chicken bacon ranch and a beast. The chicken had half a piece of bacon and hardly any chicken. The beast is supposed to have a half pound of meat and it didn’t even have half of that. Unless you watch them build your sandwich you may get ripped off. Terrible. Don’t waste your money. Go to jersey mikes instead!

I’ve been visiting this subway for over a year now that I’m new to Yuma area first time the young girl who help me was really rude and very unprofessional. She asked me for the bread type. I wanted it. I told her and I said I wanted it toasted so she put the tuna on the bread and I told her I don’t want tuna I want toasted she came back and said well you need to let us know that you want it before I go. I did say I wanted it toasted before you put the tuna on, I guess she didn’t hear me but still she shouldn’t be rude about it. It was the way she said it.

I placed my order online. This left much to be desired. The staff doesn’t know how to prepare a sub sandwich. The experience was lack luster. This was not the first time placing an online order. Wanting to take advantage of ease of ordering and eliminate wait and line time was the reason but the outcome was not good. Poor sandwich making such as not toasting the sandwich. Simple instructions not being followed. Lack of focus or staff not being able to read not sure if it is one or both. Multiple chances with no success.

The girls here cannot make sandwiches. It’s kind of infuriating. I worked at a super busy subway and always tried to make presentable sandwiches even when there was a rush. That’s not the case for this subway staff tho. Every time I go in there’s not a single person in there. Yet they don’t care. They put an absurd amount of sauce. It’s absolutely disgusting. Tons and tons of mayo dripping out of my sandwiche every time I bite. They put sauce all over the sandwiche even to the end. It’s common sense that when you close a sandwich the sauce is going to spread how hard is that to realize.
Also it smells like garbage in there but the girls are nice I just wish they would try a little.

My husband and I come in all the time. We always end up getting Calen. He does an amazing job with making the sandwiches and his smile is always welcoming 🙂 Go see him if you want your sub made right!!!

Love their breakfast subs. Not of fan of old, squishy tomatoes, though. I also wish they’d change their gloves out more often – maybe before touching the food after contact with the ovens and such.

I ordered a rotersery chicken sandwich got home and found a pit in in sandwich from something. Won’t eat there again the girl employee. Started counting her till. While there was a long line too.

My sandwich was not made right . Lady didn’t put any effort and she was rude talking over me to other workers. Didn’t give me a side of sweet onion like I asked. Sandwich was messy and still cold when I asked specifically for it to be double toasted. Bad bad service
