I’m a regular customer, but today was a very bad experience. I saw bagels fall on the floor and the staff picked them up and put them back to sell to me. There were three employees and no one stopped it. This is completely unacceptable. If this happens in front of customers, I can’t imagine what happens in the kitchen. Very disappointing.

Bagels on 1/28 were totally different, dense and not good, they were not the usual big doughy bagels. Also the everything bagels now have oats on them ? Please stop that.

$7.45 for one bagel with cream cheese. For that amount of money I was at least expecting a thick smear of cream cheese, but there was not much at all, some parts of the bagel barely even had any. Absolute rip off.

Good bagels but often times when I ask for the bagels to be toasted, they tend to over do it like the picture. They redo it for you if you catch it and ask. Not the first time… make sure to check before you take home..

I’m disappointed I really enjoyed this place the food was always pretty good and seemed fresh their juices are incredible and reasonably priced but I got the special on the window that came recommended by an employee. I took two bites of it and nearly choked to death. Since I frequent the location I said to one of the employees here take a look at this I couldn’t even eat it I showed a couple people and they picked up A fresh pastrami to show me and I said but where is the cut they used and he showed me it was still on a slicer and it was the end portion riddled with fat. I’ve owned multiple delis And I never give anything from the end cut Reading the reviews it seems like someone else had a similar issue. I was not asked if I wanted something else or to have something remade or my money back. I’m disappointed because I’m running out of places in the area that have quality food and care about their clients with today’s concerns of business is falling apart this should be a priority for small businesses.

Long time customer and unfortunately will never return. I went in this morning and ordered an egg white wrap with cheese and it rung up to 16.98 ! In full transparency, they always charge a different amount varying from 11.50.-13.50. I had to walk out and leave the food behind. You can be served an entire breakfast at a restaurant for 17 dollars. The food is average and does not justify these insane prices.

I got a Reuben for breakfast with an unsweetened ice tea that cost a little over $21! Feels a bit too high for me. The man who helped me was very nice however when i asked for my receipt he gave me the cc printout and not an itemized one. I was too annoyed to clarify☹️ The sandwich was a little salty but tastes better with the coleslaw they give you with it.
