Avoid this place. I waited 40 mins for two tacos on a weekday, there was one person working in the kitchen ignoring the line of customers, and no other staff to take orders or speak to anyone. Food finally came out with no text notification after 40 mins, and it was cold. Avocado taco was absolutely inedible, cold and covered in cheap “queso”

This place is in high street food hall. It’s hard to believe that some people rated it so low. I came to Boston, went to the food hall and had tacos from here. They were so good i walked from the marriott wharf the very next day to get some more. I was so excited i took a bite before i took a picture of the food. I would recommend trying your self. The flavor was good. The employee was friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of seating in the food hall. I walked the second day with my food and ate it while i waked. lol the tacos are a little pricy and that’s why i gave it a 4 instead of 5 but I imagine it cost a lot to be in that location.

Atrocious experience. Ordered online, waited for a text to say our order was ready and finally went up to check after 20 minutes only to be told “the machine was down” so our order hadn’t come through. Employee had to pull the tickets manually from the POS system to get our order details, and somehow we still ended up with a slew of missing ingredients (and paid for) from the burritos we ordered. We were so hungry after another 20 minutes of back and forth that we just gave up and ate, at which point the food was cold. I’d have been more forgiving if it tasted good after all that but the avocado fries were microwaved, the rice was bland, and the carnitas had no flavor. Stay far, far away from this place.

The Tour of Mexico is the best, also I love their taco bowls. They are always so friendly!

On December 13th, at 3:15 pm, I had an exceptional experience at the Northeast of the Border Mexican truck located at Snowport Market. I ordered the Carne Asada bowl, and it was a taste of Mexico right here in the Northeast. Being from San Antonio, I have high standards for Carne Asada, and this dish exceeded my expectations. The flavors were authentic, and the meat practically melted in my mouth. What truly stood out was the efficiency and speed of service. Jose, who assisted us, was not only quick but also incredibly patient. His dedication to providing a positive experience made the visit memorable. Northeast of the Border is a gem for anyone craving authentic Mexican flavors in the Northeast.

Terrible experience all around from them not seeing my order, no apologies, gross employee picking her teeth, missing items from the order, food was just barely okay, and found a hair in my burrito. We were a large group that ordered from 4 different restaurants in the food hall and this was the only one with issues.

Service was not good the young lady seems to always have a not so welcoming demeanor, found hair in my sour cream plus in my quesadillas but I already left the location so wasn’t going to walk all the way back to the restaurant. I would never eat there again let alone suggest anyone to eat there.

Ordered an avocado burrito. All I could taste was the cheese. Almost no beans, pico or rice. Very disappointing for a $15 meal
