Dropped by ZAAP Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats (Willow Bend) and grabbed the Curry Fried Rice at heat level 4—and it was legit fire. Love it when you ask for spicy and they don’t reply with “midwestern mild.”

Also snagged the crab cheese rolls and they were super tasty.

Cozy place. While we dined in, at least 8 pickups were made. There’s a good reason for that.
Food was delicious. Red curry noodles for me, red curry combo for the husband with thai iced tea and mango dessert.

It was easy to place an order by phone. The food was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Everything we ordered was delicious all though Drunken Noodles had a bit too much fish sauce for my taste. I would order it again. The curry fried rice and pineapple fried rice were very good and flavorful. This is my new favorite carryout restaurant.

This little place was a great find. Three of us ordered in then 2 of us ordered meals to go for later. The place was clean and not very busy. Great food selection of you enjoy meals from that side of the world.

Ordered via door dash so no experience inside the location but I know the Dasher didn’t have a long wait to pick up the food. Everything was delish. The summer rolls could have used a could different vegetables as they were lettuce heavy but the peanut sauce was good. The rib bites and the red curry soup were both excellent.

The best takeout Thai place in the area! Their food always comes fresh, hot, and delicious! It is a street eats / takeout place though, so it’s not the right place to go if you are looking for the most authentic Thai / Lao restaurant in DFW. Expect sweet and salty.

I’m very fond of the flavor of their red curry although it is sweet. Admittedly, a lot of their dishes are sweet. I also really like their crispy zaap wings and dancing garlics riblets. The wings arent breaded which prevents them from being soggy which is great for takeout. I personally like that, but it’s worth noting.

If I could give Zaap Thai Kitchen more than 5 stars, I would. Everything I’ve eaten here has been consistently so flavorful and authentic.

I love their Pad Thai – perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and always hits. I’m also obsessed with all of their curries. I’ve tried recreating them at home so many times and can never get the depth of flavor right. Theirs just has that rich, creamy, restaurant-quality taste you can’t replicate.

Their Tom Yum soup is another favorite – super aromatic. And the Laos papaya salad is a must if you like bold, punchy flavors.

My only small gripe is that portion sizes can be a little inconsistent depending on the day. But honestly, the flavor makes up for it every time.

Overall, this is omy favorite Thai spot in DFW. Everything on the menu is packed with flavor and worth trying.

This is absolutely one of my most favorite Thai Lao places to eat at. I always order the chicken tom yum soup and the red curry with chicken and it’s had never been disappointing. Their cuesta service is amazing also. This place is a just try for sure

The Lao sausage is the best sausage I’ve ever had, especially with the a side of sticky rice. Went back the next day for more. The garlic riblets were also amazing, juicy and flavorful.
