First, the sandwich artists have always been pretty friendly. Generally, decent people. The food: disgusting and overpriced. Every fruit/vegetable should have been trashed and I’m sure they violated a health code or six. The pickles were pale and rotting. The spinach was wilted and visibly slimy. The shredded lettuce was entirely brown. I asked if they had anything fresh and homey grabbed his backup bag of lettuce to show me that it, too, shared the same poop-brown color palette.

Remember the $5 foot-long? Well this sandwich-only Spicy Italian with near zero toppings cost me $11+ and two days of loose stools.

The food was horrendous. They had no teriyaki chicken. So they took the rotisserie chicken and just put the sweet onion sauce on it. Also very stingy with the toppings. It was the worst sub I’ve ever had from a subway, and I’ve been to a lot of them. Service was reasonable. They had a trash can in the middle of the floor on the customer side close to the register to catch water. But it wasn’t raining nor was there any water leaking! Definitely avoid this subway!

I was excited to see there was a subway by my job… didnt know it was there. However, when i tried to get some food, the employee expected me to wait for her to finish making online orders… then a man came and picked up his order, she attended to him, then went back to making the online orders?! So I left… they dont want my money i guess. what am i missing? why is this ok? A customer, holding cash, wanting food, at a restaurant, takes a back seat to people who arent even there… this was my lunch break! just take out the tables and chairs then… what waste of my time. Ultimately, i guess i have to thank you tho… i just ordered a pizza… had left overs, and saved money. Do better!

This place is a total cheapskate operation, and their sandwiches are a complete joke. I ordered a footlong sub, and what did I get? A pitiful dollop of chicken salad so skimpy I thought they forgot the meat entirely! 1 measly scoops of some watery, flavorless mush . I let it slide the first time but went back up the location to confront the owners , they showed me the scooper they use and said a 12 inch sub gets one scoop which is wild.
The veggies are wilted, the bread’s often stale, and the staff must be trained to ration ingredients like it’s a wartime shortage. I’m shelling out money for a sub that’s basically 90% air and 10% disappointment. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I’d raid a garden, not come to Subway. Step up your game or just admit you’re peddling overpriced bread with a side of regret. Please do not waste your money here, they do not deserve it .

If I could leave a zero star review I would because this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to put up with I spend $20 and waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t get my order and can’t make it there or give me a refund the manager and staff told me to forget about it and order a new one which totaled up to $21 and expected me to pay for a new order I didn’t even want! I work in food service i understand system malfunctions but when I show you that the money has been taken out of my account by your store and your resolution is to have me spend an additional $20 just to eat at your establishment has me absolutely behooved! I walked out of there with no food and down $20 tell me how that works? Please please please never ever ever eat here go to a different subway do not give these people your money this is not the only bad experience I’ve had with this store they constantly mess up orders they are rude they don’t clean properly their fountain drinks spit out black grime when you use any of them including the ice half the time you pay for a drink just for it to not work or have no ice they reuse dirty knives I could go on FOR SURE so please people save yourself and go to a different subway because this store should not be in service absolutely DISGUSTING!

Today I placed an order for 1 chicken salad wrap and one footling chipotle chicken sub. The owners wife was making the sandwiches. while she was making the second sub ,another customer came in. The woman went to take the next person’s order I said I’m sorry actually can I add another wrap to my order same as the other one. I stepped to the side so the other person could start their order. Then I noticed she shut the oven? I said excuse me is that a sub ? She said yes. I said oh I’m sorry I wanted a wrap she said no you said the same thing. The woman behind me said I heard you say wrap to. The owners wife then rang me up I said I’m sorry that’s not what I wanted. She said well it’s to late it will just go to waste. I said it will go to waste at my house too. Needless to say I ended up paying for it. Horrible experience and horrible business owner.

When the lady asked for my order and then puts the bread on a used piece of paper from previous orders (you can tell because the paper was burn from being toasted) proceeds to put it on that, I asked, aren’t you gonna use a new piece? She stated that’s all the paper they had, it was 2pm, also place look filthy/dusty, I feel bad for the locals because there’s only two restaurants in that village

The young lady who made the food was very polite and accommodating. She payed attention to detail effortlessly. The manager, however was overbearing in my opinion. Grabbing utensils without gloves while trying to train the young server. She also tried to charge for extra condiments that were specifically not included. Not friendly at all to say the least.
