During our trip to Page to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend on Christmas Day, we were worried most restaurants would be closed. Luckily, we discovered this authentic Thai food truck conveniently located in front of our hotel. From the moment we approached, it felt like a hidden gem offering real, home-style Thai flavors. We ordered Pad Thai, Green curry, Crab fried rice, Thai fried rice with chicken, and Shrimp basil fried rice. Every dish was packed with flavor, well-balanced, and truly authentic some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time.
The food is genuinely spicy, as authentic Thai cuisine should be, so if you cannot handle spicy food, be sure to check with them before ordering. Also, they do not replace orders once served.
The portions were generous, and the food was served fresh and hot. Our entire group loved everything we tried, and we left completely satisfied. It’s a rare treat to find such authentic Thai cuisine in a small town like Page, and this food truck definitely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area, especially on holidays when other restaurants are closed.

Small food truck with friendly employees. The Thai curry was typical American (creamy / heavy) and not very authentic, but that is the standard in nearly all US Thai food places. I ordered the highest spice level and it really was extremely spicy, this was very positive. Many places offer “very spicy”, but it isn’t very spicy at all. Some seating options outside, next to the truck.

Chothika Thai Food Truck serves up a solid mix of authentic Thai flavors without trying too hard to impress. The Thai basil beef stood out — flavorful, fragrant, and cooked with just the right amount of heat. The mixed vegetables were also great, fresh and crisp with a well-balanced sauce that tied the dish together.
The pad see ew was decent — not the best I’ve had, but still satisfying if you’re craving those familiar noodles. The truck seems to be quite popular, which means you should expect to wait a bit; mine took about thirty minutes before the food was ready.
Overall, Chothika delivers on taste and authenticity, worth checking out if you’re not in a rush.

This small Thai food truck is a true hidden gem that proves great food doesn’t need a big space just heart, skill, and authentic flavors. From the moment you walk up. The food tastes genuinely homemade, like something you’d get at a local spot in Thailand rather than a chain restaurant. Every dish is packed with flavor and cooked fresh to order. The balance of sweet, savory, spicy, and tangy is done perfectly. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to explain dishes or adjust spice levels to your preference. The service feels personal, which makes the experience even better. You don’t just feel like a customer—you feel appreciated.

Firstly this is a food truck. The interiors look impressively clean.
All the food was delicious, quickly prepared.
Ideal for vegetarians – the curries do not have fish in them.
We had the curry – it’s a big portion with a side of rice, the pineapple fried rice (kid approved) and the fried veggie dumplings that came with a delicious sweet soya sauce.
We enjoyed the food takeout after a full day of sightseeing

Honestly, this place was such a nice surprise! We ordered the crab fried rice for two and it was amazing — super flavorful and not greasy at all. I liked that they had different spice level options too. The outdoor seating next to the food truck has a really nice vibe, especially with the lights. Prices are very reasonable, and we went in a bit unsure but ended up loving it. Definitely coming back!

Great little food truck for Thai food. They have limited seating options as well. The portion size was big!

Loved the food and the service from this food truck. Be cautious for the spice level though. We ordered Drunked Noodles and Pineapple curry. Both tasted delicious and authentic although the noodles were just a bit overcooked. We are used to having spicy food so we ordered the food with spice level 7/10 but it was really spicy. Definitely a must try if you are in page and looking for Thai food.

It’s the best Thai food we’ve had in years, not just in Northern Arizona but in general. But be careful: when they say spicy, they mean it. I like it hot, but others may not.
Highly recommended. And don’t forget to try the mango sticky rice.
It’s a food truck now (as of June 2025), but the proper site is about to open.
