Terribly slow service, dirty establishment, other people were also waiting 20+ minutes. Got half our order after 15 minutes than had to wait another 20 for the other half.

Drive through for my last visit. The last time I ate dine-in, we ordered an ice-cream cake. Trouble is, they only have small, flimsy, plastic knives which are wholly inadequate to cut a large frozen treat. Bring your own knife if you intend to bring your party there. It can get busy at times, especially supper time, or when there are school events (the location is right next to the high school). The frozen treats are always great, and the service is friendly, if sometimes slow (not terrible, though).

I went to DQ recently and just wanted to say how great the experience was. Brandon, one of the crew members, was so kind and respectful and really stood out in the best way. I got a hot dog and to be honest it was actually really good. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming back.

Doordashed a Number 9 with Cheese Curds, turned out to be a Flamethrower (gross) and Fries (even though it said Number 9 with cheese curds on the receipt). Actually disappointed, but I was still craving that Number 9!! Days later my brother comes home with DQ, and my Number 9 isn’t the defaulted double patties, it’s just a single. Paid for a double. How man. How is that even possible? Are y’alls employees okay? Where’s the quality control?
Update: I got food poisoning. Thanks. Let’s hope the health inspectors don’t drop in randomly- Oh wait they did in November, and found FOUR VIOLATIONS. YOUR PLACE IS DIRTY. CLEAN IT.

Waited for 30 minutes for our food. Got 5 of 6 ice creams after 10 minutes. Then last ice cream as we left. Everyone that came and left was frustrated about their orders. Very mad people in the drive thru. This is unfortunate for Brandon

Would you go there again if your burger was made with love this way? Even called 5 minutes after I left no one picked up the phone. What kind of business is this. On top of that waited 15 minutes for food. Was the only one in the drive thru. Amanda was at the window and she was not very polite at all. Dairy Queen in Brandon SD is TRASH!

We got to the establishment at around 6:30 pm, workers were walking around not taking orders. Finally, they took our order at 6:58 pm. We waited over 30 minutes and finally went up to question them. We literally only ordered a regular fry and regular cheese curds. We told them we had been waiting. The worker turned around and grabbed our food. Our food had been sitting there for I’m not sure how long. We said thank you and walked away upset. Our food was warm but appeared to have been on a warmer. Workers also kept going into the bathroom and don’t come out for a long time. The kid that ordered before us was still waiting for his food when we left. Very disappointed. Who was the manager and where were they???? Very unprofessional!!!

The lady working there was so nice and she was so fast for like the only one working there. She messed up my order for a cheeseburger, but she gave it to my friend and gave me the cheeseburger that I wanted. Definitely would come here again

I’ve tried time and time again to give this place a “second chance” but today was the final straw. I went through the drive through and ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket with a side of cheese curds. After leaving, I realized I was given fries instead of cheese curds. At the end of the day, whatever, mistakes happen. But the cherry on top was 2/4 chicken strips were RAW!!! I had to throw away my whole meal and am absolutely disgusted. The only reason why service isn’t getting a one star is because they are willing to issue me a refund. If you decide to take your chances, check your food to make sure it is fully cooked!

Waited for 40 minutes after we ordered food, it still wasn’t ready so I left the restaurant without the food I payed for. Others in the restaurant Waited longer. Worst service I’ve ever had!
