HORRIBLE Location, avoid at all costs!
The new management has absolutely no regard for customer service, blatantly deceives customers, and do not wash/clean their hands in between cleaning and preparing your food.
It’s a shame, I’ve frequented this location and miss the prior owners. But will never go back after a recent experience with the new store manager. She’s the worst.

Omg! Absolutely the worse customer service. I walked in and as soon as I got in the door the lady (short Spanish lady) asked “what do you want?” The customer she was helping commented “that’s not nice” and I responded with are you open? She responded with “it says it in the door” (mind you the place looked questionable if it was or wasn’t open) … I was so bothered I didn’t even end up ordering. And supposedly it’s under new management.!!! if this is New management I can’t even imagine what the last one was. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I spoke with the previous customer as she walked out the door and she felt disturbed by the way the employee was acting to the point that she didn’t even want her to finish her order. Super rude!

I am writing this to shout out the guy who served me today (black guy with glasses). He was on point with his service even with how busy it was getting. Fast service, nice big welcome to every customer coming in, and he even filled the ice in the machine as he noticed there was no ice for customers he already served. Hope he is praised and rewarded by the new business owner as his service and ability to multitask was exceptional.

Made a pickup. The bread was extra hard and there was barely any toppings, even when requested more lettuce. There was barely any on half. I could tell immediately when the sub weight was so light in my hand.

This Subway establishment has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The employees do not talk to you and ask what you would like on “your order”. They simply just start adding whatever they feel. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously invest in a customer service training course for all employees.

The Spanish lady handling the subway at 10 30pm on 20 August 2025 was the rudest ever! She was unwilling to help and was arrogant enough and seeing her behaviour I saw a customer walk out! He saw how she was handling us! The food was not good either! I am giving it a zero rating and worst customer service ever! She was mumbling non stop and it was an unpleasant experience.

Great subs but they were out of the fool long cookies so we were bummed and he restocked in front and he was rude and he was yelling for not canceling because we can’t and he was yelling to try to not get the refund and all he was doing was yelling so don’t let them take your hard owned money.

The manager claimed the card was never left here. Days later fraudulent charges appeared from them . Subway hires thieves.

Got two subs for dinner n both subs were toasted n the steak n cheese was toasted way to long… Had to use a bun that I had at home… The bun was so hard, you probly could have knocked somebody out. …. On the other hand everything else was great….
