Located walking distance from pier parks, this lil’ Chinese joint has one of the best steamed rice!! It wasn’t hard or grainy undercooked, rice was soft chewy white!! (without dark spots as if aged/ dead fruit flies in the rice) I’d order takeout from here again in the future!!

It’s a take out place. The egg rolls are really small. If you walk in and order, expect a longer wait than most places. I just ordered a wonton soup, egg roll and dumplings. 15 minutes from when I placed my order. The staff isn’t rude, but they’re very friendly. The food was fine, but I wouldn’t measure quality based on what I ordered.

I love this place. It’s my go to Chinese spot around here for so many reasons. The food is always fresh and consistently delicious. The service is fantastic, they are always welcoming and kind. I’ve gotten so many different menu items of the years and everything has been good.
Some of my go-to dishes are the house special wontons, BBQ chicken wings with fries (this is the red Chinese BBQ sauce), spare rib tips with garlic sauce, Chinese eggplant with chicken, yummy yummy noodles. The eggrolls are fantastic and their homemade Chinese mustard is A+. The list goes on and on. Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price Anymore
I picked up an order yesterday that included a small chicken lo mein and two sides. When I got home, I was shocked to find that the lo mein was literally just plain noodles—no chicken, no vegetables, nothing.
I’ve ordered from Panda Gardens before, but sadly, the quality has really gone downhill. The portions have gotten smaller, and the prices have gone up significantly. I was charged $28 for a small pint of white rice, lo mein, and chicken wings.
I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the portions were fair and the food tasted good—but unfortunately, it was bland and disappointing.
Save your money. It’s really tough finding decent Chinese food in Nyack, and unfortunately, this place just isn’t it anymore.

I just had a bizarre experience here, I called in to order take out, she tells me I live too far away. I live 2.1 miles from the store which is about a 10 minute drive according to Google maps. I’ve also had take out delivered to my address before from this location. When I spoke to the kid who called to ask me to cancel my order.. he first said that I live too far, I told him it’s 2.1 miles away not 4. Then he said well we are busy and have many customers right now, i questioned that and asked am I not a customer?? Then he suggested that I pick up the food? I felt super disrespected because if you simply don’t want my business, you should just say that & not give me the work around. The owner was really trying to make it seem like I can’t read the same Google maps she sees. Just a really weird way to treat a customer who’s trying to support a local business and give you money…
