Had the absolute best experience tonight! I called ahead to ask if they had ready-made cakes and was met with an enthusiastic, “Yes, see you soon!” When I put the cake on the counter and asked for it to be decorated for my daughter’s 6th birthday, I was originally told the decorator had left for the day. Then, a super helpful employee named Justin asked the manager who said it would be no problem. Another kind lady behind the register took my personalization down on a notepad and Justin offered me a free drink while I waited. Justin struck up conversation with me like we had known each other for years. The world needs more people like him in this world. 10/10 recommend DQ at Hillsboro Road. They truly treat you like family. ❤️

It’s always a joy for me to stop by this shop The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is truly excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile It really makes every visit feel special. We had went through the drive through asked for a small royal cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake and strawberries. Well we get to the window and everyone is yelling about the window time that they gave me a soup blizzard. Don’t recommend. Literally asked them to turn the cup outside down and they refused.

I went to this place for the first time in the afternoon and one of the cashiers, an older white lady, completely ignored me cause she was on a phone call and it seemed that was more important than doing her job; her attitude was disinterested and her uniform was old.

Haven’t been to a DQ in years and my son asked us to take him for his first ever experience. From the moment we walked in the hospitality was above and beyond. Greeting, order taking and food delivery were so attentive and friendly. The gentleman that delivered my son’s blizzard even held the cup upside down!! My son was blown away. The lady that greeted us picked up our trays and asked if we needed anything. So great! This location should be rewarded!
