Reviews
Crying Tiger $30
Very tender and juicy steak with a flavorful sauce. The rice tasted like chicken oil rice with a very traditional Thai flavor. This was my favorite and I would order it again.
Beef Pad Kra Pow $21
Rich, flavorful, and very satisfying with rice.
Sang Curry Set $29
Yellow curry with plenty of tender chicken. The naan and sweet and sour cucumbers paired well and made the dish very appetizing.
Crab Meat Fried Rice $27
Milder in flavor but loaded with crab meat.
Chive Pancake $9
Crispy with a light chive flavor. Nice as a small appetizer.
Crispy Pork Belly Drunken Noodles $24
Too salty and slightly sweet for my taste, with a very heavy sauce.
Overall, Crying Tiger and Pad Kra Pow are the standouts. The crab meat fried rice is a good option if you prefer lighter flavors.
We had vegetarian spring rolls and that fried rice with egg.
The staff was so accommodating by helping customise our order without oyster sauce and fish oil.
The coke, and food were served in clean dishes and loved the atmosphere.
Would definitely visit again when in LIC.
The service is really good with friendly servers.
The food is very delicious, I highly recommend the Duck salad, the crispy pork belly and roti w/ masaman curry. Try everything on the menu. You won’t be disappointed.
Thank you Saang Thai.
The interior is beautifully decorated with abundant artificial flowers, giving the space a vibrant and elegant look. The food presentation was impressive and thoughtfully done, and the dishes tasted very authentic and flavorful.
It was also my first time trying curry fried rice, and it was incredibly tasty—better than any version I’ve had at other Thai restaurants. The Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Roti Massaman were delicious as well.
Overall, it was a lovely and satisfying dining experience.
Pad Cashew is fresh and sweet, thai iced tea is also amazing, I recommend getting slightly less sweet as it is on the sweeter side.
Decor is lovely and so homey.
Lovely establishment in LIC, looking forward to coming back Kap Khun Ka!!
