Nice chill local place. Server was super friendly. VERY loud when we arrived & no available tables at 5:00 on a Thursday, but quieted way down by 7:00. TVs to watch sports, smelled some good food (for bar food, it smelled phenom.) but didn’t get a chance to try anything.

This is a great find!! Nice clean friendly local Pub atmosphere. Local hang out with Sports in mind and hand made pizza, lots of other foods I had the Chicken Strips and very good. You will enjoy this full Bar menu as well

Very clean nice old school Nevada bar. Extremely limited food options. Decent beer selection. When the owner is not here (she leaves around 5pm) the service gets slow regardless of how busy the place is. Great location in downtown Minden. Update 01/08/2022. Great service, they carry a great selection of hard liquor, Rocky is a great bartender. A fantastic local bar. The best in Minden. The best bar in the area hands down.

Well, Ill tell you one thing about this place: she makes a mean bar mix. The pizza smelled good. Heard that a lot of people go there for the hot dog. Spoiler alert: In my opinion this is a basic food place. This isnt tricky, designer food. Basic. I would say the same about the drinks. Order a Cosmo and you might get a bewildered look and a giggle. I can usually say I had a good time at this bar. Not today tho. I went in and ordered a drink and some stuffed mushrooms. The bartender lady was nice at first. Later I ordered one more drink and was going to pay. I’m not doing the best on money right now, even though my man and I have really good jobs and work our butts off. I couldn’t afford to tip the bartender and the total was $18.50. The lady was very rude and asked me if I was going to tip her and I told her I couldn’t really afford to. She was very rude about the whole situation, and made me feel horrible because I couldn’t afford it. I live in a motel… I barely turned 21 on Saturday and just wanted to relax after a long day at work. The way this lady treated me was out of line and I am still debating if I am ever going back to this bar. Rockie is a nice bartender however. But this blonde lady was very rude and even brought me to tears how rude she was. I had even asked her if there’s any way I could still give a tip, but she was again rude and I found out that since they already ran my card they could not do it. Reguardless, I don’t feel it’s right to be entitled to a tip. If I tip you, you’ve earned it by being kind and doing a good job. There was nothing special she had done. She made my drinks and we didn’t really hold a conversation or anything. Honestly I am GLAD that I didn’t tip her in the first place because she would not have appreciated it. Lesson to be learned people, don’t judge a books by its cover. And don’t be entitled to tips. If you are expecting to always be tipped then put it in your sales price. Don’t judge me for who I am. You don’t even know me let alone the big heart I do have… So don’t be mean and snappy to me because I CANT AFFORD TO TIP.
