I ordered the Cesar Salad with chicken… Which came out to a ridiculous $26. It comes with croutons, and I noticed there weren’t any on there so I asked about it. The waitress went to ask the chef and came back to me stating “she ran out”. It’s a 4 ingredient salad, so no croutons were kind of a big deal, especially since it felt like they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice. She offered me 10% off and the price was still unbelievable. Not to mention, it was the smallest salad I’ve ever had. Sneaky and unprofessional. All of this was after I waited 10 minutes to be served (and it wasn’t busy). Wouldn’t recommend this place

This place has open seating and I bought something from the vending machine to easy real quick right before my flight. The staff came to me and kicked me out for using a table (it is open seating, it was not busy at all they had one other customer eating there). Very bad attitude, bad business. I DO NOT recommend coming here.

We were waiting at the terminal and wanted to grab a margarita pizza from Tocco…
All we wanted to ask was if they can get it to us in a to go box …
Nobody showed up at the counter and when they did, the lady/host was very rude asking us to be seated for any questions, request or orders !!
It felt weird, but we ended up sitting at a table and waiting for her to come by.
When she came by after a while & threw two menus on our table and just as we were about to ask a question she walked away!!
We waited another five minutes, but she never came back instead she was chatting with her colleagues at the counter…
We decided to dine somewhere else.
Overall, very bad experience and we did not even get to taste the food.
Zero stars overall…

There’s not a lot of great options in O’Hare so I settled on Tocco for lunch. I ordered a pizza and a beer, which set me back $50 after tax and tip. The pizza was very much okay. The crust was tasty but there might as well have not been any sauce. Pair that with some flavorless sausage and you get some really expensive cheese bread.

It was a quick stop for delicious lavazza coffee, and server was very unwelcoming and neglectful because we wanted just 2 coffee cups. I understand it looked busy and seems like waiter was working hard, however, even when I kindly asked her to check us out because our boarding started, again I was not approached in a good or friendly manner… I’m not sure if it was only my experience, however, I wanted to share my experience because it made me feel very uncomfortable and almost embarrassed because I wanted just coffee…

I dropped by to have my lunch and spend time before my flight. I had a Bisanzio which was pappardelle sautéed with crushed tomatoes, basil and black pepper. It was really good! I had orange juice for a drink and it was good too. Their staff were friendly and their service was nice. If you are at the airport and you want to try Italian food, you shouldn’t miss this place.

we spent 52 dollars (with tax but no tip, because the overall experience was disgusting) just to receive a cesar salad with undercooked and smelly chicken, old, rock hard and cold foccacia which was meant to be toasted (probably was toasted like 50 years ago) and old parmesan cheese. pizza was a tiny pinsa/foccacia with blunt tomato sauce – for 22 dollars – a joke! overall experience was so bad that i got an immediate stomach ache and if service was not so slow and rude – i would argue about not paying anything, but we had a flight to board in 15 minutes

What a terrible experience, ordered a Margherita pizza and it came out without basil. One of the two main toppings you put on a Margherita pizza. When going back to ask where the basal was, they just handed me two leaves of basil. But because our plane was coming soon oh, I just took the leaves in separated them myself

Food is between mediocore and bad depends on your past experience with Italian cuisine. Waitress (Mexican lady?) are extremely arrogant but I bet they don’t really care. Just go to the food court to.get something else. The wait is rewarding.

Quite literally the worst airport restaurant I have ever been to. I have been here twice. First time terrible – slow, rude and terrible service. It was very busy. So when I came back through and it was dead, I figured I would give it a shot. Still just as slow, rude and bad. They need to close the place down and start over
