Service was a 15/10!!! Absolutely fantastic!!! After stating my allergies, the girls changed their gloves constantly while making a picture perfect salad for me. They were knowledgeable in the ingredients of the dressings they have. All produce was extremely fresh. I chose to dine in. Restaurant was clean. I will be coming back soon. A huge thank you to the staff!!!

They serve healthy great tasting foods here. This location is pretty busy and the parking lot is hectic during rush hour meal times. Lots of choices ad you can customize the food. Fresh greens and yummy choices. Outdoor dining patio with limited mountain views.

This is my favorite go to salad place. I love the variety of dressings and salad options. I get a large Athena Greek with extra grilled chicken and I stay full for hours ! I’m also obsessed with the kids bento boxes. So cute and healthy ! But the reason I specifically choose this location is the for employees. They are so welcoming and serve customers quickly. The restaurant is always so clean too. Today I was served by a young lady named Love. She was so sweet and made me a wonderful salad at a speedy pace while still putting care and attention into what she was doing. It makes a difference when you’re being served food that’s made with love 🙂

*Update* – I was compensated for the experience, and I am updating my review because the GM took the time to find another way to compensate the order amount since for some reason it wasn’t being credited back to the original card. I received it back in store credit, and I will be coming back because the food was good, I just happened to get a completely wrong order.
I placed an online order for 2 large salads and 2 drinks. When I picked up the order and got home, we actually got a small salad and a large (with half of it empty – see screenshot) and the wrong drink.
I reached out to the store after I noticed this and the gentleman who picked up the phone was super helpful and accommodating, mentioning that I could come back and they would remake the order and throw in a few treats for the trouble. However, this would be another 40 minute trip to get back there, so I declined and he said he would reach out to his manager for a refund on the order and I would hear back the next day.
I waited a full day and never heard from anyone. I submitted a review through my email to rate my order. I received a voucher for a free salad. I ended up reaching out to the general manager and was told I would get a refund and I checked today and still no refund on my card. Almost two weeks since the email response and no refund.

I am a total crunchy granola, rabbit food eating southern California girl; I will admit that wholeheartedly. Ha! Mad Greens is right up my salad loving alley and it’s all so darn good.
I found Mad Greens when I moved here in 2020 and it quickly became my regular spot to eat.
In 2020, you couldn’t go in for a while but they delivered curb side and through Doordash/UberEats. Once things reopened and until now in 2025 you can go inside and order. They have a variety of salads to choose from and each can be customized while they assemble your order in a stainless steel bowl.
I’ve been here so many times over the years and the customer service is always excellent. They listen to requests and advise on extra costs if any. My regular go to is the Athena with beets but the Crazy Ivan and MAD Caesar and Ty Cobb salads are also delicious! Go…see…order…eat…and enjoy.
There is indoor seating and a patio at this location. I’ve never dined in but the venue is always quiet and relaxed.
Why doesn’t San Diego have a franchise?!

My favorite quick, easy and healthy meal. I have a dairy allergy and they have a great interactive menu that helps me know what I can eat and are very accommodating. The service is always quick and friendly.

Love this place! There’s this one lady there with brown and blonde hair, and all kind of piercings and she is the sweetest! She’s very kind and even let me sample the dressing before I decided which one I wanted which was super helpful. Not to mention, the bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a while!

I came in saturday morning and went to order an elote mac only for a blonde girl with her hair slicked back to completely ignore me for a good few minutes while she continued looking at her phone. When i repeatedly said excuse me she seemed irritated and annoyed but did eventually come take my order. Would not come here again.

I’m not too happy with my life at the moment and i’m trying to get into better shape and trying healthier foods so I went to this spot for a change….Absolutely my NEW favorite spot to dine in!!! Customer service was phenomenal as I told the person making my food (Let’s call her Zig) my journey of becoming healthier and she recommended me some of her favorites! I order here regularly and 2 out of the last 5 times the wraps were not full. Today was the worst it’s ever been. This was mostly tortilla and so scrawny looking. I was not full after eating this and felt like it was a waste of money. I love mad greens because it’s healthy and good servings, (usually)hence why I eat here a lot. The servings are usually pretty good as other reviews have shown, but today someone dropped the ball big time
