In search of good Thai food in the area we decided this places looked like nice sized portions and had seemingly good reviews. We to splurge for Valentine’s Day takeout and spent $75 on 4 dishes. It’s unfortunate , because I reallly wanted to like this place – the owner was so friendly and the place was decorated in a fun Thai vibe and it was clean! The food was such a let down that I can at best give it 2 stars. It was absolutely flavorless- it’s like what Thai food would be if they were missing half of the ingredients. I have never experienced such underwhelming watered down Thai dishes. The chicken seemed to be boiled in water with absolutely no seasoning- my noodles weren’t woked- there was an absence of fresh vegetables- the curries were absolutely flavorless. I’m wondering g how this place gets by- maybe by making Thai food for people who have never had good Thai food or are u aware of the situation. Man.

I’ve been coming to Thai Kitchen my whole life, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing, the owners are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere they’ve created is so warm and welcoming. I truly feel like family every time I walk through the doors. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and an even better experience.

Thai Kitchen has been around Bentonville for a while, and it’s one of those places that feels comfortable and welcoming. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive.
I used to love everything here – the food was consistently amazing. Lately though, it’s been hit or miss. Don’t get me wrong, when it’s good, it’s really good. Some dishes are still excellent and look beautiful when you eat there.
Just a heads up: this place gets slammed. They don’t do Uber Eats or any of those delivery apps (At least I haven’t got them listed while trying to place order), so you have to go pick up your order yourself. I’ve waited over 10 minutes just to grab my takeout on busy nights. And if you’re doing takeout, the food obviously won’t look as nice as when you dine in – it’s still tasty, just not as Instagram-worthy in the container 😉
Overall, it’s still a solid spot with some great menu items. Just maybe avoid the rush if you can.

3 out of the 4 people in my family got sick/diarrhea yesterday after dinner. 4 dishes ordered – 3 of the dishes felt like it came very quick. The 3 people that ate those 3 entrees got sick within a few hours. My dish was a cashew nut based entree and took longer to arrive at the table. But I enjoyed the meal and I did not get sick. I’ve been there a few times and I really enjoy the food and service. Not sure what happened yesterday. Hopefully it’s a one-off bad experience.

This place is always great food for a reasonable price. The owner is so nice. Always busy working both front and back of house & chatting with guests. Great place for a quick lunch. I usually go for which is just the right level of spice.

Good service, nice and quiet. I asked for my spicy level to the max, it had a decent kick but I’d have liked it to be a little hotter! Waitress was friendly and the prices were good. I’d come back again for sure.

We love coming here. I absolutely love love love the Thai noodle soup. Recently we tried the coconut shrimp which was delicious. The evil jungle prince is super tasty would be even better if veggies were added in. We also tried the shrimp garlic plate (not sure if that’s the name) but the kids loved that!

The Thai Kitchen is my favorite Thai restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. I have dined here periodically since they first opened many years ago. Their staff are very attentive and friendly. I have been pleased with the quality of their meals. Basil Fried Rice with shrimp or chicken is over the top delicious. They offer much more on their menu to choose from. Love this place.

I’ll admit I was nervous as this was my first visit to a Thai restaurant and I cannot handle spicy food . Our server was wonderful, you can choose the level of spicy for the dish you want (I went with 0 out of five), my food was perfect, not spicy at all, and so delicious. Definitely recommend a dish with glass noodles, holy cow those were good. We will definitely return, it was a great meal.
