however, tonight my mcchicken had rotting lettuce in it, was visibly brown, and mixed in with fresher lettuce. the staff have become increasingly rude. not typically a consistent employee, but they all clearly do not enjoy what they are doing.
When I tried to tell someone they all just ignored me. After about 17 min I asked for a manager and his name was Victor. He was extremely rude and mid helping me he started arguing with an uber driver. I watched him throw the uber drivers order in the trash and then after the driver left he put it back on the counter with a new sticker on it…. I never even got my food.
This manager is insane and I can’t believe this place is even open still.
Second they fill your sodas there which upsets me because I should be able to control how much ice goes into my soda. The sodas were not completely full, and there was soda on the side of my cup that they could have easily wiped off. Can’t get sauces, napkins, straws or anything on your own. Have to wait in line for napkins and ketchup. Beyond upsetting. Never been to a McDonald’s this bad.
Also, adding that I called over an hour ago to see if they had a play place, and a young man told me that they did on the phone. We get here and there’s no play place. Highly disappointed as I have kids.
Also set my soda tipped over and the kids chocolate milk on top of my French fries. Refer to pictures that I added. I’m too pissed off to even talk to the manger in person because I wouldn’t be nice about it. Almost got a refund and went to the one 10 minutes away.
This store has a well deserved 3.5 the only reason they can possibly stay in business in the excellent location it’s just too bad the owner staffs it so poorly.
I always check my order before driving away to make sure I have the correct items. Most of the time something is wrong. I checked this time and the item had the correct sticker on it so I didn’t bother opening it. Lo and behold there’s a TOTALLY different sandwich inside.
The windows and doors are smeared with large colorful posters urging you to download an application on your phone or prepare to use a kiosk. Immediately after walking through the two clear glass doors, you meet the aforementioned kiosk. The staff is friendly, but you will not be speaking with them. They couldn’t be trusted with taking your order or counting your change—you will be interacting with the kiosk. It’s about six feet tall, two and a half feet wide. A large white rectangular display is the only thing between you and the McDonalds experience: there’s a recommended items section, a daily deals section, an entire drop down of customizations available to food items you didn’t even know you could customize.
You push a few buttons, swipe your card, take a number and pull up a chair, just like the kiosk demands.
A vast array of seating options welcome you to sit, enjoy some smooth jazz while a team member brings your meal to the table you placed a number on. There are no napkins to pick up, no ketchup to be dispensed, there is no play place for your daughter. Think less dining room, more waiting room.
This McDonalds has the feel of a bank, it’s clean and warm but you never quite feel welcome. Thank you for your business, take your food and leave, the transaction is complete.
