I planned to eat inside the restaurant this morning, only to be greeted with excessive rudeness and racial remarks. I walked in and politely asked for a napkin. The owner rudely tried to charge me 25 cents for it. When I asked if she was serious, she tried to embarrass me in front of customers instead of giving me a straightforward answer. It felt like I was treated differently because I wasn’t Spanish, and that’s unacceptable. I’ll never support a business that disrespects people like this. Keep your napkin, you clearly need it more to wipe off the attitude.

Placed a door dash order and they took 1 hour to confirm, I called them and ask if they are making my food but the lady says ”We don’t take orders from Doordash anymore ” so as I’m calling DD to cancel my order the restaurant updates the status and says they are making it now, 30 passes and the delivery driver texted me that my order was never received at the restaurant. Very poor communication with the restaurant and app.

This place used to be my go to for pupusas and baleadas. I’m not sure if they changed cooks. But my order is always wrong , burnt or very oily. The taste is just not the same. ( I always go in person BTW)

Unbelievably bad customer service, in person and over the phone, they refused to take my order seemingly due to a language barrier*.
The menu is in both English and Spanish, Plainfield is a diverse town, and they should be able to cater to non-Spanish speaking customers l.
