DON’T EAT HERE Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Got a spicy chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese the sandwich had no sauce and the Mac and cheese looks like it’s sat for weeks in the sun. Went back and asked them to fix it they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I eat Popeyes all the time as a student I live on this stuff, he tried to refuse to remake it to fix their mistakes. It took another customer getting upset with them for me for them to actually do anything about it. If you want food with good service go to burger king next door they are actually competent

Terrible service. I posted a review about an experience where I got the most old and dry chicken because I choose spicy which they never have. And they put what ever piece of chicken they feel like it. Today I ordered 3 piece signature chicken and the lady behind the counter had the most hostile and rude attitude because I ordered wings and they had none. They did not even give me a chance to discuss what other option is there and the “manager” was no better. Practically toss the food my way on another occasion. Tried giving them another chance out of convenience and was reminded why I take my business elsewhere. Food is terrible and service is even worse. -1 STAR.

I don’t why you order online and they decide what you are going to eat without asking you. You order a three piece you get three thighs, you click on white meat you get thighs, you order wings you get thighs, you order a cheesecake and you get thighs. You request little ice they give you 16oz of ice and 3oz of soda, the Fry’s I think a season with no flavors. The NYC that if you can sit 18 people you need to provide a bathroom for the customer, so someone is getting paid under the table. As for customer service, it is a hit and miss, and I miss I mean people walk around clueless the only person that’s Happy is the dishwasher all the way in the back. Every manager is screaming at their employee, and don’t order a 10-piece that’s when they all go crazy scrambling to fry food, cashier apologizing to the customer, managers running in the back to grab some food. The good part of it if you want to be entertained all you have to do is show up at this location and just watch.

There is always a wait that seems longer than necessary. I’ve been here 3 times and have had the same experience each time. The staff are all friendly and conscientious of their duties. However, one time, I visited and ordered a 5 piece chicken tender, and they were out of Sweet Heat sauce. The other two times I, including this past time, I had to pay extra for Sweet Heat sauce. I said what? Do you have to pay extra for Sweet Heat? She said yes…so I said, “Can I have two?”. She said, “That’ll be $1.13”. You should really be allowed to have 2 sauces with your chicken. But, the food is Grrrreat!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unexpected charge during my recent visit to this establishment. After paying $30 for my meal, I was informed that I had to pay extra for drink refills.
This additional charge was not mentioned anywhere on the menu or by the staff when I placed my order. It was quite surprising and disappointing to find out about this charge.

I ordered a meal with fries and they didn’t have no ketchup, I asked the lady for bbq sauce or some kind of sauce for the fries and she told me it was .25 cents extra I asked her why she has to charge me if its there fault that they don’t have ketchup she rudely repeated.25 cents for bbq. Not a happy customer!
