The Chick-fil-A in Antioch is always a pleasure to visit! The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and fast, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious—the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries never disappoint. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the restaurant is, even during busy hours. Drive-thru lines move quickly thanks to the efficient team, and they always get the order right. It’s clear they take pride in great service and quality food. Whether dining in, picking up, or going through the drive-thru, this location delivers excellent customer service every time. Definitely one of the best spots in town for a quick, tasty meal!

This Chick fil A is so mid. They fill the fries up halfway if that. The lettuce on my sandwich today was brown and yellow. Tomatoes near rotten. Bread was dry. The food just doesn’t hit the spot, tastes greasy and weird. Kale on my salad was wilted! This place makes me not ever want to go to Chick Fil A again 🙁 Waste of money

Hey Chick fil A… do you guys pray over your sauces or something? Cause wow… oh my goodness. I was upset because I got sick and my nose was congested and I couldnt taste food so I was feeling bummed cause I got no appetite and then I opened a chick fil A sauce packet and dipped my chicken in there and ate it and… oh my goodness… praise God like whaaat in the world? I could taste my food again and I started weeping and I felt the presence of God and then my congestion disappeared and I got healed of my sickness.
So whoever is praying over the food… here’s a testimony… keep praying over it guys. Wow. I can go to work now! Yes! Haha! My sickness is gone! All glory to God!

This Chick Fil A unfortunately does not have a good franchise owner. He does not listen to his customers. I complained about extremely salty fries and the owner said “well the fries come with salt”.. super dismissive and not addressing the kitchen for laying off the salt. They gave me new fries and they were even more salty. I asked for a new meal all together but the process of me getting new food made our food cold and he personally told me “replacing this is a lot of me to do”. They didn’t even replace my food they just warmed it up and everything ended up being extra crispy and burnt. What he doesnt know is I’m literally a Chick-Fil-A connoisseur. It’s my FAVORITE fast food chain. I’ve lived in many states and even have eaten many times at the first Chick-Fil-A in Georgia. This incident happened about 6 weeks ago and I’ve given them 2 more tries to make sure my review is not biased on one experience. This is by far the most inconsistent chick fil a I have ever visited. Nothing tastes the same twice. This franchise owner needs a course in their southern hospitality niche and improve food consistency. Until then.. I will continue to go to Pittsburgh location because I have never had an issue and the food and service is consistently great. Disappointing that I need to drive further but not a fan or poor customer service.

Me and my fiance went through the drive thru today had the crew member named Gabby who took our order at 7:46pm I usually don’t write reviews but this girl was extremely rude my fiance has anxiety so he was having me order and she wouldn’t even stay looking at me would literally stand sideways or interrupt our order to talk to someone else or just not pay attention I ordered our meals medium and I ordered the crispy chicken nuggets 12 piece with lemonade and the other meal was the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with no pickles and a lemonade. I told her my name she didn’t even pay attention or would say huh and I would repeat it I was even going to spell it for her but she kept saying Noel instead and wouldn’t even listen she was so rude my fiance didn’t want grilled chicken nuggets no one asked for that my name isn’t Noel and to fill the fries with bbq instead of actual fries is crazy we spent $32.79 for a sandwich, two half fries and some grilled chicken nuggets the nuggets aren’t even going to be eaten. It’s crazy to think as a customer service employee myself and long time one to think we’re hiring people like this who are extremely rude and being petty because a boy won’t talk to her because she was being nice and attentive to everyone else but I was taking my order and she wouldn’t even pay attention to me like wth that’s not right at all and to literally not even give the right portions is disgusting especially when we’re paying so much after a long day..

This location tends to be a bit hit or miss. The drive-thru often fails to get your order correct. There’s usually something missing when you arrive home. I really enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich the first time I had it, but by the 2nd and 3rd times… it was flavorless, so I opted for the spicy deluxe instead. There’s definitely plenty of room for improvement.

the four times i’ve eaten here since the place opened, the tables are filthy – as in the customers didn’t clean up and neither is staff. the staff is SO chatty and focused on eachother vs the customers. probably the worst location to go to. definitely not up to chick-fil-a standards.
in addition, if you ever door dash, be prepared to receive zero sauces even though you ordered and specified which ones you wanted.

Not only are the staff extremely clicky the food quality at this location is continually sub-par. It’s like no one truly cares about their job, seemingly every time I come they see a friend or coworker and want to sit and talk for 30 min while i’m just waiting to order. My food was burnt 2 days ago, and it looked like my sandwich was missing the meat. Drive to another location this one isn’t one I would continue to visit. The atmosphere dosnt feel like a traditional CFA, and the food is not as good and quality as any other CFA i’ve been to. This is extremely sad as this is a new location near me!!!
