I think they are opening a new store here with a minimum seating capacity in a modernized environment. I came after 7 PM. They didn’t give me a tray to eat inside, which is very weird. Probably the future McDonald’s will be the smaller size and they will probably very much focus on drive-through online ordering

Took them forever and when I got the food? Food missing. Then when they give me the the sandwich? Made wrong, so more waiting. Then I get home to find the burger is raw on the inside? And the wraps i wanted a little extra ranch and cheese on? Litteral lambasted with ranch and no extra cheese.

A new candidate for worst McD’s in the Quad Cities! I pulled into the drivethrough this evening and was intrigued by the promotion for “Gold Sauce” on various chicken entrees. I asked about it and was told by the gentleman taking my order that it was very tasty, so I ordered the new chicken strips with the sauce. Imagine my surprise when I didn’t actually receive any – I got some creamy chili sauce, which was too hot to eat. And unfortunately, the strips really needed sauce — they were overcooked, dry, tough, and tasteless. I ate 2, brought them home to my husband, and he tried a bite and gave the rest to the dog. They were terrible – and a terrible.value for $9.69. I also got a sweet tea, which was barely sweet and barely tea, so watered down.
The McD’s on 16th St/38th Ave was the worst for years before it was torn down, but this one appears to be a worthy successor.

I always say I’m going to stop ordering here but it’s on my way to work for breakfast.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
First of all I only ever order a sausage egg McMuffin, which should be super easy and quick, wrong. It always takes 30 minutes and it’s a roulette of decently warm and cooked just right or the muffin is hard as a rock and eggs cold.
If I ever order anything else, it’s wrong. AND if you do curbside in the app, prepare for it to tell you someone’s on their way with the food and it takes another 15-20 minutes for someone to stroll on out with your food.
No one is ever up front to take orders, they make you use the kiosk or app to order, and no one really brings food out. They go up to the corner of the wall and reach around to the shelf to put out orders and call numbers. Pretty sure it’s to hide and not face customers.
And prepare for a bunch of them to be seemingly high school age and have attitudes even if they know the messed up your orders.
How is a place THIS utterly disorganized and frantic when busy? Maybe retrain all of them to be better prepared for rushes? It should be expected that they are in a prime location to be busy.

Awful experience, service, and food. Ordered a $5.69 bacon egg and cheese bagel, it comes with what I can only assume is a full stick of butter, every bite all you can taste is butter, complete waste of money and time.

Well for one I can’t really comment on the atmosphere as I don’t go inside, I go through the drive through. For service, the employees just seem to stand around. It doesn’t take 13 minutes just to make a sausage egg biscuit and a bacon egg biscuit. Though we said large, they gave us a small meal.
Yesterday we went and ordered my relative got food and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, no cheese, extra pickle. Instead they had only put one pickle on there and two slices of cheese. Anyways, 3 days in a row they have gotten my order wrong. I do not recommend this location at all.

Worst customer service ever! Im on lunch and come daily 3-5 times a week spending $30 a week minimum. I use app get free any size fries with big Mac. Give code order. Then got told the app went out can I reopen and give them new number. I say sure and try. App says sorry code was used pls wait 15 mins. I repeat that and was told ok I will fix it and give you the fries for free. Get to window kid says sorry our app is down and nothing we can do. Would you like to pay for the fries? Nope I will take my business elsewhere! Dont tell me you will give me a free fries and then tell me sorry app is down you can come back tomorrow and use it! I won’t come back to your McDonald’s i will go to the airport McDonald’s!

Went on Tuesday 4-22-2025 around 7pm got home husband went to eat his burger and it’s raw. They also forgot to give honey for the chicken nuggets but didn’t even attempt to eat them knowing the burger was raw. Do not recommend plus the phone now is constantly busy when trying to call them.

Went at 11:50PM and waited for 20 mins for someone to talk, nobody answered drove around and waited 10 mins on the window and saw a lady packing her stuff at 12:10 and left! Isnt this a 24 HOUR drive thru?! Change your hours if you’re going to give false hours!
