Charleys Cheesesteaks is really good and tasty. I did get it once while I was there. The last time they cut it in half if you get a whole one which makes it easier to share. I forgot which one I got, but it was really good.

I didn’t expect much from this place—or from most food establishments anymore for various reasons—but I genuinely expected better than this for $14. I ordered the “Old School” because it looked amazing in the picture. Of course, I knew it wouldn’t match the photo exactly, but what I received was simply unacceptable—even coming from someone with very low expectations and standards.
The bread was clearly day-old, and somehow they managed to make it chewy, stale, and crunchy all at once. The meat and cheese were low-quality, almost like something bought from a discount store, and the portions were at least half the size shown in the picture. The cheese, in particular, was unrecognizable and cheap.
It’s frustrating to see so little care put into serving a quality meal. I rarely leave reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary.

HORRIBLE! Avoid at any cost this place!!! We came so hungry and excited to eat the Old School Cheesesteake, it looked so delicious on the picture, but in the reality it’s a disappointment. I found a skin of onions We spent 40$ for 2 large portions, 4 mozzarella sticks and large coke. Ended up throwing away the rest of the food. What a disappointment. I’m still feeling after I’ve eaten this. Do not buy from this place‼️‼️I wish I could‘ve read the reviews before ordering…

I had lunch today at Charleys Cheesesteaks in the Washington Square Mall, as I often do.
Had the Cheesesteak combo meal, which was fresh, hot and delicious. Quality ingredients make for good health.
The service was fast, highly-skilled, and professional. Really excellent.
A full five stars for this restaurant, certainly. Six stars, really.

I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteaks at Washington Square Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chicken wings, which looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The wings I received were poorly prepared, most of the wings were barely covered in meat, and what little meat was there was dry and difficult to eat. To make matters worse, one of the pieces was just the tip of a wing, completely inedible, as you can see in the picture I’ve included.
Out of the entire order, I was only able to eat about one and a half wings before discarding the rest. The fries, to their credit, were fresh and enjoyable, but they didn’t make up for the poor quality of the wings.
I considered asking for a refund or having the order remade, but after standing at the counter for several minutes, I wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff. Given that it’s December and the mall is busy, I tried to be understanding, but I still expected to receive edible food and at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both counts.
I wouldn’t recommend the wings at this location, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both their food quality and their service.

The lady who rang us up was not helpful or friendly and refused to do jalapeños on half like really how hard is it I was trying to share with a toddler thanks!

Where do I begin….probably our worst $40 ever spent, unfortunately. The pictures are extremely misleading.
I ordered the old school cheesesteak and it was extremely obvious that they used some kind of fake cheese. I also ordered the mozzarella sticks and while the cheese pull was good, the flavor was not.
My partner ordered the Kentucky bourbon cheesesteak and said the only good thing about it was the sauce.
The meat was dry and bland. We didn’t end up finishing this meal due to the combination of overall disappointment and the other reviews saying this same thing.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a combo with a drink, and I asked to switch my drink to lemonade. The cashier said yes but told me I had to pay a little extra, but they charged me the regular price of lemonade and didn’t give me the drink that was supposed to come with the combo. I asked them to fix it, and the manager said they don’t switch the drink. They should’ve told me from the start. After I told them, the manager rolled her eyes at me and said “What do you want now?” I was so taken back at that comment, wish I could put 0 stars instead of one.

Ordered extra meat and had to pull sandwich apart to find a tiny amount hidden under lettuce.
I asked staff if it had extra meat. She got a bad attitude and told me that’s with extra meat very angrily and walked away to the back.
