I’m usually a Benny’s from downtown fredericksburg pizza guy. My next stop to order would be brothers pizza off plank road. So I decided to give Sam’s pizza a try in the same shopping center as Weis and tractor supply. First thing that stands out is price. Buy one pizza get one free. Because of this I wasn’t expecting much but it is going in my regular rotation of pizza places in fredericksburg. It’s a thicker crust and thicker undercarriage then brothers (which is real NY style). I was really impressed with the pizza taste and price point. I would go its a solid 7.

I made an online order for four pizzas and they were ready within 20 minutes. The pizza was better than I expected, especially for it being a BOGO deal. I definitely recommend Sam’s over any of the big pizza chains.

Where to start, we ordered 30 minutes before closing and the staff I believe the gentleman to be the owner was very nice! He took our order, food came out fast. Very prompt, very flavorful. I got the cheese steak with fries. Hands down the best on in town in my opinion. Sam’s has been around since I was a kid, and I will say I’m glad to see them still around. Great atmosphere when you walk in, clean, and friendly vibes all around! If you want good food, fast and very very fair priced i recommend this place!

Their pizza used to be extremely good, but now at this point they’ve extremely gone downhill. I thought in the past it was oven baked but no longer. That’s the truth because I spoke to the manager. It just goes to an oven with a conveyor belt. I’ll never order from this company again!

With an unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere, Sam’s also can’t be beat as far as their value goes! We order pizza here almost every week due to the BOGO deal that makes an easy meal for parents with a toddler. Our family loves a local joint that can provide us with 2 extra large, three topping pizzas for 31 bucks. Pizza is always hot and fresh for us within 15 to 20 minutes! I keep meaning to try the steak and cheese and will one day, but I’m always pleased with the pizza and price.

I ordered a small works pizza and their mixed appetizers on 5/31/25. Was told 35 minutes for delivery. Driver was 30 minutes late. No apology and proceeded to be extremely rude when I nicely asked if there was a bunch of traffic. I’m less than 3 miles away. Then when I don’t tip cuz he was extremely rude, he threw a fit. The food was burnt as well and I ended up getting sick after eating. Listen sams, I’ve been a customer for 12+ years, you lost me after all that. When I called to report the driver, they hung up on me. Good news is, Vinnys Italian grill is closer and they will be getting my business from now on.

Little background information I’ve ordered from this location 5 times in the past 30 days. (Yes we eat a ALOT of Pizza & Subs) and not ONCE before today have they refused delivery.
Today a few minutes before 4PM I placed an order for Spaghetti & Meatballs using their online ordering service. Like most websites you enter your address and it selects the store for delivery to your address. About 50 minutes after my order was placed I get a call from a young guy telling me that they cannot deliver to me. I ask why and he explains that I’m within the “Lafayette stores radius and they can’t delivery to me today”.
I asked to speak with a manager who tells me the same thing and when I ask him why this was not an issue for the past 5 orders he simply says “I don’t know”. He tries to reassure me that I shouldn’t be mad because I’m getting a “full refund” as if that was NOT going to be the case after THEY refuse to deliver?
Trash customer service, literally made up some bullshit excuse to not have to do their jobs. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Do better Sams, I grew up in Stafford ordering from you guys when you only had a couple stores.

Sam’s is a fantastic deal. Great pizza, subs (steak and cheese is NICE), and a superb gyro with feta (my fave). We’re fans of Sam’s! I’m getting hungry just thinking about it typing this review… LOL!

I order food and the driver could not find my address drove by home a few times and they to me to come get my food and find him I call talk to the manger he says the diver can’t see at night and he the only person and he will attempt to have the older to deliver my pizza I was told by another employee the the manger do deliver I asked him to deliver my food insted the older guy that can’t see he then gets an attitude. And ask me do I want him to deliver my food I said yes because it doesn’t make sense to send one who can’t see at night the he says will that’s who you going get or I can just cancel your order how about that. Horrible customer service … So I had to order somewhere else.
