Terrible experience at Stuff A Bagel in Farmingdale University. I asked for a chicken sandwich with bacon, onions, light lettuce, mayo, mustard, and toasted — they got almost everything wrong. The sandwich came cold, not toasted, missing ingredients, and just thrown together. On top of that, they forgot my side salad. Really disappointing experience, no attention to detail at all. Won’t be coming back here again

I stopped by this morning for a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. The food was good, but the experience was very stressful. It seems to be a family run business, and I think that’s part of the problem because they don’t seem to notice that the woman working at the front is making the ordering process harder than it needs to be. She repeated my order several times and kept asking the same questions about cheese and egg style, even though I ordered a simple, regular BEC. If I don’t request something different, just prepare it normally like any other deli! On top of that, they were more focused on answering phone orders than helping the customers right in front of them. I had to wait while they kept picking up calls, even though I was already there ready to pay. Overall, the food is good, but the service especially at the front needs serious improvement. A family business only works well when the right people are placed in the right roles.

Fresh and delicious. I’ve had their bagels a few times, always perfection. Can’t say the same about hash brown and shredded potatoes, too oily and the taste wasn’t for me.

The lox portions are laughable. This is supposed to be a lox bagel. Barely any fish.
They do not have capers which is a disappointment.
But! The actual bagel is soft and fresh.
The cream cheese is a bit bland.
They have a “make your own iced coffee bar” which I despise.
Won’t be back.

You make an online order with uber and like other store there is a pick up for online order with stuff bagel you have to wait on the line with the people who are now making their order. Bad service and there is a guy there of the name of DJ who was very unprofessional he yelled at customers in front of other client bad for business I am an event planner and I know how customer service is vital to a business and DJ was rude and yelling at me after I already told him the name of the person I wast here for I even show him my phone and he said uber and I didn’t hear him I was like I show you the name and he threw the paper bag on the counter top and say I can wait and walk away. Spickful. Bad energy and bad representation of a the store

You spend $61 on egg sandwiches and one of them to come with lox. Said it came with a side salad. Never got the salad. Asked over the phone if the sandwiches came with coffees or orange juices and he said yes. When I got there I was told no. Seems like a place that scams college students and doesn’t care.

Awesome little bagel cafe across from the college. They have a huge selection of stuff, but I always get a bacon, egg, and cheese. Sometimes the popular bagel flavors run out by the afternoon.

Caled in for take out but no one e spoke English well then I get there and they didn’t have my food I had to show the girl I called the right place and placed my order. Me and my sister just left and went somewhere else

They took my order wrong, I called RESPECTFULLY and asked if they could fix the issue. Instead, the lady said I was wrong and she got angry and aggressive over the phone. She had an attitude, she was rude and the issue remained unresolved. I paid $10 for a sandwich I didn’t even order- and she continued to gaslight me and say it was the right order. After she was done arguing with me, I said to her “bottom line you guys messed up” and she responded with “bottom line, you’re wrong and this is the right order.” I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. FYI- you’re horrible at your job if this is how you treat your customers. You were rude to me, got angry and annoyed when I was polite. After the 10th time I was polite, I got annoyed too. This is no way to run an establishment. Do better at your job- very rude. And the food is mid.
