There is absolutely nothing that would finish a day of hiking Mt. Lassen than a BBQ (and beer). This place had a choice of tritips, ribs and even some eclectic yet super delicious side dishes and quirky treats.
Ribs were amazing.
Lollipop chicken drumsticks, wrapped in bacon was simplest delicacy with a supremely complex taste and ridiculously low price.
(Beer)… no liquor license yet, so that is yet to be added to the experience.

This is the first time I’ve tried this place. Was just passing through this town. The tri tip was good. Might try the ribs if I ever come through this way again. Sorry, the photo was not a good one.

Hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had! All the meats are snookered to perfect tenderness and the sauce they use is absolutely delicious. I also wrote their loaded fries, but careful they’re addicting. I can’t say enough about this place. I’ll eat here as often as I can.

Great food, the ribs are outstanding the pork is a little dry. They only have chicken wings on Wednesday, need to change that have them every day. The fried pickles are very good, onion rings not so good. Need to give extra sauce with the to go orders and some sides with the food and some corn bread.

I have been here a couple times and the food is really good. Ribs are great, pulled pork sandwich is great but you gotta order coleslaw as a side and add it to the sandwich to really set it off. Fries are more like a fry/jojo hybrid, but really tasty and made to order so very fresh! Pulled pork mac n cheese is awesome! My favorite is the bacon wrapped chicken leg lollies but they only make them on Saturday. Customer service is pretty good, they are giving some younger people an opportunity to work here which is refreshing. The food comes out quick! They did leave a tritip sandwich out of my last order but it happens. I think they would make it right but I live out of town so didn’t bother calling to give them the business. This place is definitely worth a check in if you like western style barbecue.

Have to go there at least once a week to get loaded fries or tri tip sandwich. I have gotten so many people hooked on this place one of my friend who ran a restaurant said that its the best BBQ joint hes ever been to. Jeff and his crew are awesome people as well .

If you have not yet tried the food here, get in your car and go! We love the tri tip sandwich. Meat is tender, juicy with their tangy BBQ sauce all over it on a garlic bread bun. Roomie loves the slaw and their fries. I prefer the deep fried tater tots.

Absolutely delicious and so far my favorite place to dine in Red Bluff. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Food has always been fresh and there bbq pork sandwiches are simply melt in your mouth amazing. I have been there 3 times and plan to become a regular. Even my children requested to go back for more and that’s saying a lot for my 7 year old who has adhd aspergers and is a pickey eater.

Tri tip sandwich with chopped meat is a good lunch size on a hogie roll. Maybe a bit too much bbq sauce. Pulled pork mac n cheese was a little dry but cheese was flavorful and mac was done correctly. Pulled pork pizza was “yummy” and cole slaw was excellent and very moist. Great value. Menu is good size, good choices of sides but nothing really different. Order served in under 10 minutes. Restaurant is an older cinder block building but clean and right off the main drag. Employees are young but very polite. I would go again and recommend to family and friends.
