Naples Pizza – A Family Review
(Our quest to find the best pizza in Windsor)
We ordered from the Lauzon location.
The store was very clean and open so you can see everything they do. The staff were friendly and the service was on time. We ordered a Queen. It was pretty pricey for a queen and a 2L of coke.

The pizza was decent. It’s edible, but it’s not going to knock your socks off. Naples is very pricey for the quality offered. I would not recommend Naples to someone who’s never been to Windsor before. The pizza looks fantastic, it unfortunately falls short on the taste test. We will not be a repeat customer.

I want to say thank you for opening up your restaurant and helping us out for my sons bday. We ordered 4 king pizza’s and a large ceasar salad. (Salad was huge not going to lie) service was amazing. However when the pizza arrived at the wfcu (husband picked up) it was piping hot no doubt but the pizza was not good by any means. Unfortunately the pizza was extremely greasy, looked like cheddar instead of Mozzarella it was so orange. Extremely sparse toppings and sauce. They also had no color on the top of the pizza but the bottom was almost hard to chew. Now to the salad. We ordered ceasar and I understand that Croutons can get soft, maybe don’t put them on and put them on the side. I have NO problem giving credit when credit is due but that was a lot of money for food that was sub par.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The order was placed around 830pm and wasn’t delivered until 10pm.. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:20pm. We called to inquire just before 10pm about our order and they said they tried to call us back to confirm delivery adress. No calls were placed because my phone never rang. The delivery driver then left the pizza outside of the door and didn’t knock or anything to let us know it has been delivered. Called to ask why this has happened, and the guy hung up in our face after telling us it’s our fault that we didn’t leave the right adress.

Only one time so far my pizza was a little burnt on the bottom. Seems the employees were young and didnt have the care of the more seasonal employees. Maybe make sure your kids are better trained to fill the task at hand..

Wow best panzerotti in the city hands down! I will travel from the west end to this location every time as the service is impeccable the attention to detail of an order is noticeable and the staff are so friendly and helpful!!! They are great with taking extra care for my allergy and have never made me feel bad for asking. The king is my personal party favorite as it is always perfectly cooked and feeds a small army for a great value! Thank you Naples Lauzon and your staff! Keep up the great work.
