Absolutely ridiculous I was given something else for what I ordered. Call the store multiple times no one picks up totally unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to come to this restaurant at this location where just stop does not know what the order is waste of money.

My experience tonight was terrible. I have been a customer since the opening day of this place and I had the best opinion of the workers and the service in general, but everything changed because of the poor attention of Will, the guy who was serving, who was rushing me to place the order even though there was only one person behind me. Then he told the girl behind me about us and she was laughing at what he had done to my wife and me. We were just selecting the dish, which I don’t understand why he was in such a hurry if what we wanted wasn’t available at that moment and had to be prepared. But the guy was not friendly and looked uncomfortable, he was disrespectful. I think that if he doesn’t like his job and has that character, he shouldn’t be there working. Besides being in a hurry, when he served the dishes, he didn’t do it correctly, the dishes were missing shrimp and the exact portion. I was able to notice because I was watching him serve it and it was intentional. In the end, when I checked, he gave me a small amount and the shrimp were missing. I spoke to the cashier to speak to the manager, and she told me she wasn’t there. For this reason, I won’t go back to this place as long as there are rude and disrespectful people. I don’t recommend it to anyone. We won’t be back to this place again.

Possibly the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had. The beef broccoli was disgusting and so was the orange chicken although this one was a bit more bearable. The rice and chow mein was not good either but o would rather eat these sides than the actual entree. I’ve never experienced this from Panda Express before. What happened?

Nice, new location in Richmond. Great atmosphere and service. My coconut walnut shrimp with 1/2 rice and 1/2 broccoli was great. The Panda Express app makes it easy to order ahead and earn rewards, too!

Why is it that every time I come here during lunch hours there’s nothing on the line? It’s 12pm and you said you went through lunch “rush” but you don’t replenish? Beijing beef is one of your popular items, why are you not replenishing in a timely manner?! Get it together.

I’ve been twice to this location and they always seem to be understaffed for evening shifts. The manager on duty, Ming, even was complaining about this to a coworker in front of me and the other customers in line. It is very unprofessional to be complaining about your job in front of your clients.
Ming was the one who attended me and didn’t even say anything to me, just gave me a blank stare (gen z stare?) until I asked “Are you ready for me?” then proceeds to nod.

Really disappointed given that they just opened. I was really excited to have their beef broccoli only to find I was given a bowl with just rice and broccoli, NO BEEF!! My wife will go again but me personally I will never go here again. I understand mistakes happen but how do you forget the main ingredient? That’s like buying a car with no engine.

I don’t usually order in person, but the one time I did, the experience wasn’t great. The lady at the counter had an attitude and wasn’t helpful when I asked for assistance redeeming an offer. She only gave a suggestion after I had already been trying to figure it out myself. I can see why other reviews mention the poor customer service at this location. The food itself was good, but the customer service was a letdown and really took away from the overall experience.

Was told they are out of string, chicken, black bean, chicken and mushroom chicken during the peak lunch hour which is fine but they offered me to give chicken and instead they gave me barbecue chicken, which I totally hate, Trusted that panda express would treat the customer professionally and give me the order that I placed absolutely ridiculous.
