We were traveling through Jersey and this was our to-go spot for breakfast with the kids. Service is wonderful and the food is so hearty, clean, and DELICIOUS. When traveling it’s always very greasy foods- this is a perfect place to get a good healthy bite to eat. 10/10 recommend!

Surprisingly the Shrimp Tempura Kimbap was my favorite out of the three we tried. The Wasabi Tuna Kimbap wasn’t spicy at all even thought you could smell the wasabi. We added a little Kewpie mayo since it didn’t have any of that either (we prefer our tuna creamy). The cheese ddukbokki was a little bland for our taste but the rice cakes had a good chew to them.

I’ve ordered food from here plenty of times but never submitted a review on Google. Today I ordered an avocado salad for pick up through DoorDash for $7 + tax ( it was still less than $8). The avocado is the perfect portion to make this salad just right and the sesame dressing reminds you of eating a salad from an Asian restaurant. You get to eat something fresh and nutritious while still experiencing a bit of the culture.

I always go to Fresh bites when I am craving for Kimbap. It is always fresh and pork cutlet kimbap is good warm to eat. It is not pre made so I can enjoy the fresh taste every time I go there. I usually go in the morning during the day, I always feel welcomed and place looks so clean all the time. Smoothie and coffee are also great! I never tried their lunch box meal yet but I heard that is good taste, too! Hope many people come and enjoy their food and kimbap! It is so good!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review on this place yet. Their kimbop is the best! I always ask for minimum rice (trying to eat less carbs), and they accommodate my request every single order. It’s hard to find a kimbop place that rolls it right with little rice base.
Love their Korean soybean stew and pork cutlet. This place makes me feel like I’m still living in Seoul where I had to get affordable lunches on the fly. My husband and I order at lease once a week from this place.
It’s definitely a good spot to take out but there are some tables inside if you want to sit down.

Update: I use to love the bento boxes but as of late they are are inconsistent. Portions are sometimes smaller and are missing items like a dumpling or tempura shrimp. This could be cost cutting but they should update their description to reflect the change.

I’m sorry, but my pictures don’t do the food justice. It tastes much better than the way it looks. The cheese tteokbokki is sweet and not overly spicy, we love it. Wish it came with a boiled egg but we easily add that ourself each time we order it. The lunch boxes are a fantastic deal and they offer a different discount box each day of the week. Everything is quite fresh and the food is very well packed. Delivery can be slow during lunch hours, I’m guessing they are quite busy during that time. We try learnt order earlier if we want to get our food by lunch.

Excellent take-out lunch from Fresh Bites Dosirak with a fabulous delivery service by Uber Eats driver. From my every bites, I can tell FBD uses fresh ingredients. Tako salad aka Octopus salad has great flavor. Kani salad aka imitation crab salad is appetizing and not too much mayo. 1st time having Wasabi Tuna Kimbap, great flavor. Egg Cheese Kimbap is also a 1st for me, yum. Shrimp Tempura Kimbap is fabulous! Shrimp Tempura is still crunchy, well, given it was eaten within 30 minutes after delivered. Overall, very satisfying.
