I was having an enjoyable experience until the lady wouldn’t let me switch from a medium to a large drink without buying both. Your corporation sends how many cups to this location and you couldn’t spare one medium cup wasted? What an actual joke. Lost my business.

I have to say that we were highly impressed by the service of the gal Jessie that was working today!

We had guests at church earlier and ended up deciding to do an impromptu takeout order for 9 people. Jessie was working alone. She was evidently the only staff there but worked so quickly like there were two people working. Between our large order and taking and making online orders, she was such a professional and pleasant besides!

We’d say to give that gal a raise!
Also the food was great !

So thank you to Jessie for doing such a great job!

Great food and good service but when you go to order you can never get through. I’m disabled and this makes me very upset when I can’t order over the phone for a pickup order. Because I can’t order online.

Poor customer service, dirty lobby, rude staff, charges people for things they don’t even give them, don’t ask if you want anything else, staple your bag shut before you can even make sure all your order is in the bag. When you call the store to ask them about the missing things they hang up on you and say they are to busy to address or issues not a subway I will do business with ever again

An online order for a 6-in sub. There was literally two slices of meat, no cheese that I ordered and just a couple of pieces of the vegetables. I get trying to save money on your food production but people understand what they’re getting Subway has been around a lot longer you realize. We’ve been getting these sandwiches for decades so when the quality goes down we know it within 1 second

Under new ownership. I’m not sure if ther is a language barrier, or what, but the woman who took my order does not listen.
I said 6 in she started a footlong. When ai said no six in she waved the footlong bread at me and said I asked you but okay. Then she started to get my sandwich ready for the toaster before asking. It was fine, but maybe ask first?
Then I gave her my veggies, she skipped one and then said That’s it? No I asked for spinach, and I’d like peppers, onions l, olives and pickles too please.
Sauce? Yes garlic aoli please and au stepped aside for the next customer. She just stood there with the dressing looking at me. Yeah that’s good.
It was a terrible experience. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Food was fine, it’s Subway, so you can’t really screw it up.

Owner is a great guy I had ordered online but it didn’t go through he said leave my information he would look into it and fix the situation for me very helpful and the staff that day were great as well bit they definitely do some things they’re not suppose to because 1 mentioned the owner was walking in and the other started fixing things like the case were the food goes and they other lady had said do it before he comes in and says something but still a wonderful experience
