Received my chipotle pick up order and one of the bowls has the smallest portion size i have ever seen in a chipotle bowl ever since i first started eating chipotle in the early 2010s. This is despite ordering double chicken. The bowl is not even 75% full.

Manager is rude. Also be prepared to be extremely under portioned and for the manager to argue about it. The other staff even agreed that she was under portioned. Highly wouldn’t recommend

Portion sizes are fine. We actually got more meat than rice, which was nice. I think they’re still learning with new employees. My husband asked what happened to choices like onions and cilantro on the dishes? Not even an option anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady with the orange iphone 17 barely put any quantity of my food i could count the number of chicken pieces with my fingers not to mention her and another young lady were extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. me and my freinds are regular ms we come almost everyday but it looks like we’re going to have to try the new one off exit 13.

Absolutely Not Worth It Anymore – Quality is Terrible

Chipotle used to be reliable, but the quality has taken a huge nosedive. The queso is no longer queso — it’s thick, lumpy, and tastes like flour. The corn salsa is way too sweet, almost like it’s been artificially sweetened — it seriously tastes like candy. The cilantro-lime rice? Completely bland. No cilantro flavor, no salt, no taste at all. Just plain, mushy rice.

The service was just as bad. The employee acted like she didn’t want to serve us — she rushed through our order and threw the ingredients into the bowl with no care at all. For two people, we spent over $30, and honestly, it felt like a waste of money.

This place has gone completely downhill. Not coming back.

Against my better judgement – I yielded to my kids and went….”cant be that bad!” – well it was that bad and more. Got there – line nearly out the door. We waited 5, 10, 15 mins…nobody moving. So at 20 mins I asked why the slow line? “The system is down”. Wow. They kept taking order after order despite not being able to “sell” the food ! I told the manager “give me the food please so they can eat – food is just sitting getting cold”. I was met with the pinnacle of incompetent replies “it’s not our fault”. No – it’s not your fault but it is on you to manage the situation. Shut the doors, make an announcement – or Heaven forbid you just say “take it” to save a customer. The $3 in food they’d give away is better than a permanently lost customer – which my entire family just became. Best of luck Chipotle !

“Are you Hindu? “

We have been regular customers at this location and even picked up food last Sunday. We have always found it to be a decent place in terms of both food and service.

However, during my visit today with my daughter, I had an uncomfortable experience. I ordered a quesadilla for my daughter and a rice bowl for myself. While checking out, the staff member unexpectedly asked me, “Are you Hindu?”

I replied yes, and out of curiosity, I asked why she had asked that question. She responded, “Hindus load up a lot of food.”

I was quite shocked by this comment. Ironically, I wanted regular — or even smaller — portions of rice, sour cream, and other items. Despite this, she added more food than I had wished for. At checkout, I mentioned, “If you feel the bowl has been loaded more than usual, please feel free to charge me.” She replied, “It’s okay.”

I sincerely hope the management takes note of this and provides proper training to ensure better sensitivity, professionalism, and ethics when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. No one should be stereotyped or judged based on their ethnicity or religion

Everything about this chipotle location is good except ONE thing. They have black beans too salty due to which we sometimes skip ordering from this location. We have provided feedback about this but we haven’t seen any improvement in the quality.
