I came in to pick up my online order and the gal working was in the back eating her food and didn’t see me. When I got her attention she proceeded to lick her finger clean and then put gloves on the grab the rest of my order. I was disgusted and appalled. I stopped in today and was told they would not refund me nor remake my sandwich. If you value your health and well being do not eat at this location.
**Owner was contacted and would not do anything except give two cookies…. no thanks.

This location doesn’t participate in any of the national promotions on special prices/subs. Non-stop ads for the $6.99 footlong sub but they don’t tell you that they don’t participate until it’s time to pay. Subway isn’t worth $35 for two subs. Highly recommend you find a local/privately owned business to support.

I saw a special on the window saying a 6” sandwich, chips and pop fo $7.99….. only to go in and find out that I had to order the meatball sandwich since it was Wed… couldn’t get the deal with another sandwich. Then I looked at my app and it said I could get a 12” sandwich for $7.99… but was told they “don’t go by the app deals” in that store, so I ended up ordering a 6” Club & it cost $11!! Then I left & checked Jimmy John’s menu…& I could have received an 8” sandwich, chips and a large drink for $10… that will be my new “go to” place from now on!!! Very frustrating!!

It was my first time at this location. I had just come from a Dr.s appointment, and I wanted to pick up something quick and close by. When I entered, there was no “Hello, welcome to Subway” greeting, the girl behind the counter just stood there on her phone, not even acknowledging me. When she did, it was straight to the point, which was fine. I was hot & tired from my day. I was put off by the way she greeted the next customer who entered, though. She was more courteous to him. Maybe because he looked like her. Idk. When she asked me questions about my sandwiches, she just mumbled. And then she didn’t even cut my 2 footlong sandwiches. And the sandwich bread was wet withing 10 mins for both sandwiches. And since when are 2 footlong sandwiches over $30. I usually tip employees. Most of them deserve it. But when I’m shown lousy customer service, absolutely not.

Excellent service! The food service employee went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. Too bad the owner doesn’t think food service workers deserve to be tipped or I’d have given five stars. I mean c’mon, no one wants to carry cash in a pandemic, how are you gonna be the only subway in town that doesn’t bother to set up a tip-by-card system? That’s pretty sad, if they’re having issues getting it set up or something I hope it’s resolved asap.

Don’t bother coming here. Every employee I’ve encountered is rude and trashy. The food is mediocre at best and that’s if they can get your order correct. They don’t warm the churros. They always close early. They don’t answer calls.
