I stop here almost daily and this Starbucks is always great. The baristas are friendly, helpful with rewards, and they always say greet me when I walk in. I usually order ahead on the app and my drink is ready when I get there. The store is always clean and well taken care of. Definitely my favorite location.

I’ve given the Starbucks in Falls Church more than enough chances, and I’m finally done with this location. I’ve visited many times, and 3 out of 4 times they have gotten my order wrong. That’s not an occasional mistake — that’s a pattern.

The last visit was the final straw. I ordered a venti, and they handed me a tall. When I pointed it out, the staff member wouldn’t even acknowledge the mistake she made, though she did quickly offer to remake it. Still, the lack of accountability and constant errors are unbelievable.

This is honestly the worst Starbucks store I’ve ever visited, and I won’t be returning.

The nicest people EVER! I asked for something sweet but different. They made me this drink, asked me to sip to check if it was my liking and said they would adjust if needed.

It’s now my new favorite drink. It’s sweet but if you want a dessert coffee, this is it!

I always like coming to Starbucks because the convenient location in Birch and Broad with my friends. I think the employees are very jolly and happy every time we go. they always get her names right and it’s not a long wait as they’re very efficient. I do think the store is relatively small and there’s only around four tables to sit at

The music was so loud that she couldn’t even hear my order properly — I had to repeat it five times! Please turn down the volume a bit so customers can actually talk to the staff.

Update 2: Red-haired barista, who claims she started in 2004, was rude. I inquired about product in the case, and she badgered me with questions to clarify, so I stopped the abuse my turning away. She could have simply come to the front of the counter and asked what I was inquiring about. Like so many in retail, she says “Sir” to pretend courtesy, then becomes almost vociferous when customers need help.

I think she also gave free drinks to what seemed to be neighborhood peeps who likely would have failed a sobriety test.

Man barista did not offer a plate even though I was eating on site. So I ate on a paper bag.

Update: Woke mgmt allows people to sleep in the chairs. Not a place to bring children. Go next door to Tropic Grill.

Original ad: Extensive outdoor seating on large, regal wooden picnic tables with heat lamps built in, for the winter, and huge Mediterranean-style yellow umbrellas to block the sun, in the summer. The whole plaza has deluxe seating. // Thanks Federal Realty Trust.

Why ask someone their name for their order if you’re not going to put it in correctly? They were busy and backed up not to mention they called someone else’s name on my coffee. Yeah though it sat there for about 5 minutes until everyone else cleared out. And only figured out that they didn’t get my name correct which is very simple….Alex. Not Adam. Apparently somehow it is my fault because they didn’t seem very concerned. Definitely not using this location anymore.
