Food order was incorrect with no sauces on both pizzas, cheeseburger half and half. No answer when I rang to tell them. I rang the store the next day and they fobbed me off to an email address @redmiracle who reply and say to contact the store. Crazy.

This is the worst dominos ever. Why work at a pizza place when you can’t even cut the pizza properly. Then when I go to pick up my pizza to eat it all just falls off the pizza. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve just had my pizza refunded after I ordered a plant based pizza and they took 23 minutes to make the wrong pizza with real cheese on it. After initially denying that I ordered plant based, they then said “But you didn’t ask for vegan cheese” — cows are not plants. If that’s the policy of Domino’s that “plant based” does not mean vegan unless specified than it’s absolutely contrary to what 99% of customers will be expecting. So the fact that you wasted a pizza is entirely on you, as is the fact that I left hangry and won’t be coming back.

Had our pizzas (one meaty & one veggie) delivered and both were raw and cold. Called the store and the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic, just said they were busy. We didn’t eat any of the uncooked pizzas and asked for some new ones to be sent out to swap. The new ones arrived over 50 minutes later and were even more undercooked!! We could not believe it! Told the delivery driver to take both sets back as completely inedible and a huge health risk. Sadly this is a reoccurrence. Will not order from here again. Someone’s going to get food poisoning from this place. Called the store back to ask for a refund. We didn’t even kick up a fuss as we knew there would be no point and yet the man was still very rude an unapologetic. Wouldn’t even help us and said just use the app. Took dominoes ages to give me a refund and didn’t even reply to my message regarding this whole matter. Dismal. Can’t complain about the delivery driver though, he was clearly rushed off his feet and did apologise, lovely chap.
