I am super upset about how I was treated tonight. I ordered delivery and accidently had wrong number I called right away and whoever I talked to said they would give it too the driver because they in fact tried to call and figure out where I am at mind u the address is pretty simple there was no reason they could not find me. Next I called back and talked to a younger curly head kid with glasses he was rude disrespectful and in some ways violent. I asked where my pizza was he started to tell me sitting on a the shelf tell the driver comes back? What so I get cold pizza!?!?? No not happening I go up there and he again has attitude I said alright I will take my pizza and I want a refund of my money because the pizza is cold at this point. He said nope don’t work that way? Who hired this person!!! So rude! Now me and my kids are scared to eat the pizza thinking him or another employee working tonight did something to it! Not fair for us spending 30$ of money! I had to call the police even at one point to help the issue. I have contacted corporate and also was refused a number for who is in charge of this kid! He said we can’t give numbers out!!! This kid needs a attitude adjustment and a different job not working with people! I’m praying I get my money back and my time because I will be taking my business to Pizza Hut from now on! Beware of this dominos that’s when I ordered

I simply ordered a medium handmade pan, pepperoni pizza. And that’s exactly what I got. It was so good & hot & cheesy. It definitely hit the spot. Not to mention, My pizza was delivered quickly, with no delay. Straight out the oven. 6minutes later it was at my door! Thank you Zackary. The online ordering process was quick & easy too.

Very disappointed. Made an order and it showed up and hour later and it was all cold. Called and the offered to redo our order. Well they did and when it came again an hour later it was barely warm. This dominos is only 7 mins from the Airbnb we was staying at. Not happy at all.

Figured I would try out the one in Sylvester since the bad experiences at the ones being I live half way between them the food isn’t any better maybe dominos changed some ingredients or something had little white guy in there hugged up kissing on one of the girls up which isn’t acceptable in the workplace in my opinion then when I wanted to place an order seemed like he had a little attitude or something at least he washed his hands before making the order one girl was vaping in the also does anyone know who the owner of this and the locations are don’t know if is the same guy or different people

The delivery drivers are always super nice and very helpful, especially if they forget anything. They always bring it back to my home in a timely manner if this happens. The manager has called on 2 occasions when they were out of a brand of soda or desert to ask if we would like to replace it with a different available selection. The food is always,always hot and fresh! We love our local Domino’s and Team members!

The pizza was pretty good but for the price could have been cooked a bit longer. The wait was around 30 minutes so I waited a while but I only saw about 3 people working when I went into the store. The atmosphere was very positive and cheerful. When I picked up my pizza I was greeted by almost everyone in the building and was given my order by a curly haired girl who was also very polite. Overall 10/10 for the location and the amount of orders there was on screen.

Received wrong size pizza. Was very hard to order over the phone the automated system could not understand me. Tried ordering on line somehow after waiting an hour for the pizza we figured out it didn’t get ordered. Was charged for a large pizza but we got a medium instead. Went to store the next day to get a refund for the difference of price on a large to medium just to get the runaround. Was informed we had to call the manager the next day for a refund. But could get a credit now. Never an apology or anything. Wont be back. And don’t recommend.

I wish I could less than one star. Everytime I order I end up having to go pick it up with no one calling to say it’s gonna be two hours. Today I paid 30 dollars to have a pizza delivered to my house. Driver never showed and lied said no one answered door when we both sitting waiting for pizza for over an hour and a half. Then the store manager voided my order and told me I had to pay another 16 bucks to get my pizza and wait three days to get my money back. 45 to have a pizza today. I hate that pizza quick and pizza hut out business. I’m sure it won’t be long till they are gone too. What happened to the customer is right. So disappointed in Sylvester.

Placed order online for carry out. When I arrived home the pizza was wrong. Contacted the store received no apology, the manager stated he did not know corporates number and was told I’d have to drive back to the store for a credit. This is the second mistake this particular store has made. The first was I paid for brownies I did not receive. I do a lot of business with this location but do not plan on ordering from there again. Threw the pizza away and contacted corporate.

Placed online order at 12:06 forty minutes later still no pizza. Customer service was below average nasty attitude because I asked for a refund. I left work thinking I was just going to pick-up and go. But instead I stood there 20 minutes waiting for 1 pizza and brownies. Then I had to ask twice for a refund. I will never do business here at this location again.
