Anton is the owner of this wonderful restaurant who put his whole heart with his two partners in turning this old auto service station into a luscious spectacular place to hang out, enjoy terrific local food, have amazing cocktails, wine and beer. As you enter, you can see the passion of the staff in making your stay/meal/drinks a very memorable one that you want to come back for more because it shows in the quality of the food being served. Leopard print chairs, Queen Anne sofa and a disco ball in an old gas station! Definitely my vibe.
Lemon pepper wings with house made rancher, fries and a seared fish sandwich for Momma. She said the sauce was great and the fish was perfectly cooked.
Plus 2 Fuji ciders. Perfect amount of food after our hike.

I had the pleasure of trying and enjoying this establishment back in July, 2025. I had spotted it while out on a drive with my wife & daughter. Looked like a nice, inviting local hang in a converted gas station, right up my alley. I was out a on ride on my Harley Street Glide rental most of the day, traveling the from Kihei around the North end of the island. I decided to divert from running all the way through Kahului onto Kahekii Highway thinking this would land me close to Parlay, it did exactly that. I was in need a few cold ones and a burger. Went in & found exactly what I expected. Great vibe, nice open space, welcoming atmosphere, people & staff. Sat the bar where bartender instantly greeted me, introduced themselves & was right on to getting my order for a much need frosty beverage. I noted it was happy hour and watched what the locals were having. Looked like a smash burger was the way to go, even recommended by some of the patrons around me. I am from Canada, an avid fan of the CFL (Canadian Football League) and that my home team was playing at that exact time. I asked the bartender if they would mind seeing if they had access to put the game up and the screens and without hesitation they went right to work, found it and had it on the screens in few short minutes. It was a great wrap up of such a memorable day, so welcoming by the staff & regulars that made me feel like I was right at home. Kudo’s to Parlay for creating such a great place for everyone. The Smash Burger was excellent, sturdy but moist bun, two perfectly grilled, hand made patties, crispy fries, cold craft beer in a frosty glass, reasonably price & served by happy people as well as friendly locals. I highly recommend Parlay and will definitely be back on our next trip. NOTE parking is only the adjacent streets but easy to find one.

Cool vibes at that restaurant and very big / cute terrasse outside for seating and eating.
We had the smash burgers, chicken wings, garlic friens, mac and cheese and some drinks. Food was good for bar food and smash burger was super delicious.
Service was amazing either by the restaurant side and bar side, and our waitress was super friendly.
I would recommend this place to anyone if you’re around the area, for either food or drinks as it’s very cozy and lovely.

A quaint and beautiful little dine in spot. We came here for lunch and a Sunday brunch and were over the moon.
Every food item we ordered was phenomenal. Literally no critiques or complaints at all. Brunch was also amazing but forgot to take photos. Staff is kind! Alcoholic drinks are quite pricey but food is pretty well priced! Overall I’ll be including a trip or two to parlay every time I’m in Maui. This is honestly some of the best food I’ve had across 2 islands!

I visited the PARLAY per recommendation from my close friend.
I was killing time while she ran some errands.
how would I describe the playa?
it’s cute! chill vibes, outdoor seating forward, small/non-complicated menu.
what did i like most?
the price was right. however their drink pours felt skimpy. they have a disco ball, curious to know what night is disco night!
what did i like the least?
the service. it was below average. i had the majority of interaction with the bartender and she was not unfriendly but not friendly if that makes sense.
the food runner was super hospitable & frankly should have been serving me at the bar.
what did i order?
i has a japanese high ball that promised bubbles..(there were no bubbles)
i switched to a Santori whiskey and the pour felt sad.
i tried the Summer Squash small plate.. it was greasy but not bad… needed some salt.
would i return?
yes, i’d give this place another shot but would hope for a new bartender.

Visiting from Michigan! Heard from a friend of a friend to check this place out…dare I say best burger I’ve ever had?? Cannot recommend the Smash Burger enough!! Great margarita and beer as well. Super cute atmosphere with a cute adjacent town! 10/10!
