These are the chips we were given after waiting for over 45 minutes for the food we ordered from their app. They had given our order to another customer with a similar name.

I had to call while my daughter was waiting to see what the problem was. She finally got home and not only were the chips wet with grease but my order was also wrong.

We used to eat here weekly and about every other week now something is messed up. I am so disappointed because they were great when they first opened.

I was told I would be getting a refund. I guess I will wait and see if that really happens.

* update they said the General Manager refused to give a refund unless I brought our “unedible food” back to them. Not a problem I took it back up and made sure other customers saw how bad the chips were. They kept blaming them on a young boy, who was not in the restraunt. Funny thing this was not 20 minutes after we were served the chips so one of the young girls working had to have served them that way. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I will say there was 1 older employee working who was very apologetic.

This used to be so much more reliable, but their portion sizes have diminished worse than chipotle, and they have messed up our order enough times we have elected to not visit again despite it being a close and comparably healthy fast food option.

From cheese on meals that had requested it be left off due to allergies, to ignoring any double meat or no bean options for orders, I will instead be paying marginally more at Los Agaves but getting accurate orders and full meals again.

We have had to scramble and find alternative dinners enough time that it is unfortunately no longer a reliable and allergen friendly dinner option for us despite having raved about it when first opened.

This is my second time ordering from Qdoba.

When I arrived, it was almost closing time, but they were incredibly accommodating and had all the dishes I wanted.

The menu was user-friendly, and creating my order was a breeze.

Since it’s a new location, everything else was spot-on. The food was clean, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.

I highly recommend this place for those seeking a great service experience.

However, I would suggest extending their closing time from 10 PM to around midnight.

Smokey chicken cheese crusted soggy casserole. The staff does smile, just wish they were more accurate. Forgot part of the order again, brings my personal experience at this location to 1/5 for receiving the correct food. I’ll still comeback because I live close, just wish the experience was better.

Literally just had to leave because they have no chicken no rice no beans, didn’t offer to bring any more out didn’t say they were making any…they just looked at me as I told them I would go to jersey Mike’s. Heck half the employees that used to work here when it was good work there anyway. This place has gone downhill bad. I wonder why, whats the common denominator here, swing on by jersey mikes and I bet you can tell the difference.

Loyal customers here, we’ve been coming here since they opened this location and just WOW.. what a downfall in such a short amount of time. We just went in and there no white rice, no chicken, no veggies, barely any beans and the little bit of food they did have looked old and crusted over.. what a shame, we really loved this place but over time have noticed a major lack in consistency, a good friendly crew and good food.

Fast friendly and clean. I drove an extra 10 minutes to this location to avoid the E Washington Street location, SO glad I did! The last 5 visits to E Washington Street they have been out of multiple items each time, from cheese, tomatoes, beans, chicken, beef, soft drinks, the list goes on. Plus E Washington is not very clean and rude. Make the drive to this location well worth it!

Circling the “please leave us a review” QR code while simultaneously getting my order wrong has to be a top-tier troll. I’ve never even written a food review on Google before, and I hate to sound like a “Karen,” but this location managed to bring it out of me.
I’m relatively new to Qdoba and have only been about 5 times so far, and about 3 out of those 5 times, my order has been wrong or something paid for was left out. My orders are usually pretty simple, so you’re essentially making your job harder on yourself when you decide to negligently prepare my order the wrong way. I’ve worked in food service before; it’s really not that hard to read the screen or listen to a customer, but attention to detail is where most lack. We’re human, though, and mistakes are bound to happen, but your competitor Chipotle almost never gets my orders wrong on such a frequent basis. My daughter doesn’t like black beans, and I explicitly asked for them to be left out — and they weren’t. The store was closed by the time I got home, so I had to pick all of the black beans out of an entire burrito for who knows how long.
The service has been a letdown as well, and Chipotle wins in that department too. I’m not sure who the guy with the long black/brown hair is, but if he cannot at LEAST say, “Hi, what’s the name on the order?” then he should quit and work for a factory. I’ve seen him over half the times I’ve been, and the first time a word was spoken to me was when one day my order was behind and he HAD to tell me. I get it — fast food is tiring and wages are low in an economy where bills are high — but if you can’t attempt to not look at people with a rude death stare like you wish they never made you do your job, then you need to re-evaluate something within yourself. Some team members have been nice, so this isn’t a shot at the whole team, but some extra effort from a few would be nice.
The food is great and the location is close, so it’s sad that my experiences have been lackluster.

I sat at the drive through window for no less than ten minutes, before anyone even responded to my presence. I could see the interior of the kitchen was dirty, with what looked like a spent starbucks cup on the counter. The mini bowl barely had food in it and the chips were stale.

Exciting News! Qdoba’s newest location at McCordville impresses, but with room for improvement. As their new stuff gets more training!

Food Highlights:

• Burritos: Fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned
• 3-Cheese Queso: Creamy, rich, and utterly addictive
• Chicken Quesadilla: Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor

Area for Improvement:

• Portion size consistency: Bowls should match the price point. Some bowls seemed smaller than expected, especially considering the premium pricing.

Standout Features:

• Modern decor and spacious dining area
• Convenient location with ample parking
• Online ordering and curbside window drive through pickup available

Recommendation:

Don’t miss out on Qdoba’s signature flavors! Visit the McCordville location, but be mindful of portion sizes vs. prices. Hopefully, consistency improves.

Will I return? Yes, with hopes for adjustment.

Suggestions for Qdoba McCordville:

• Standardize bowl portion sizes
• Consider pricing adjustments or value-added options
