Everything was so good!
However, the man taking our order rushed us and it was a little uncomfortable. There is so many choices on the menu and I would’ve liked to have more time to decide. Mind you, there was no one else in line.
The other man in the back making our food was very nice and pleasant with us.

would definitely go again! You might have heard some people talk about the guy taking orders—he doesn’t speak much English and sometimes gets a little stressed, but he’s really nice. His name is Rafael, and he’s super friendly, giving customers compliments and being especially sweet to the little kids.
The shaved ice was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out!

La dueña is amazing!! Most shaved ice cream place just tastes like ice with flavor but this one actually tastes like they made the liquid froze it and then shaved it. Dont take long. Unfortunately it is outside so you do have to stand the sunny el paso heat but there is some shade. We ordered medium size cups and they are bigger than what i expected for 2 bucks each. Definitely get a bang for your buck.

Shaved ice used to be ok now its on the generic side . Man with one eye is really rude. One would think they welcome the business instead of rushing you with a zero line on back of you. What’s the point of having many flavors if you can’t allow time for your customers to see through them ….Il pass for next time plenty of shaved ice and snacks options around town.

Absolutely love this place . It always satisfies my antojos and has so many different options to choose from i always love to stop here for a quick snack . The raspas are so good they have multiple flavors to choose from and the elotes are bomb . I recommend this place it is very affordable and the place/ environment just feels so welcoming . It is always clean inside and staff are very friendly

When the gentlemen is working the front counter he does not multi task well. Wait for the women to be present because with the gentleman he doesn’t trust his staff to help. So I waited too long to not be served and not acknowledged. What’s the point of hiring help if you’re just going to second guess they’re work/help. Management needs to step up their game. This place has the best desserts. But if I need to wait 15 minutes with no line to put an order in forget it.
