SMH. Thought i was back in NY. Pizza was not fresh. Tasted like it had already being sitting 4 a long time or in the refrigeration and taking off the next day to reheat. Chicken was hard. Sausage was kind of ok. Beef was kind of OK. The grated cheese was the best thing about the Pizza. Don’t know if I’ll be back. Just know, it’ll be a long time.

Terrible service by Darwin,i ordered online 1 topping. I got a cheese by mistake. I ask darwin if ye can put peperoni on top the pizza but ye said not possible. He claim that you cannot put peperoni on top after baked. He said it will be burn. I used to be a pizza man for years for italian restaurants. If you gotta like for your laziness its easy to make excuses.

Solid Pizza Hut. Really friendly staff, great pizza that was fully loaded and the crust was fluffy. Flavor was good too and was piping hot from the oven. It was ready on time and the special they had made it with it for a large specialty pizza! Highly recommend the supreme.

I thought pizza delivery should be at least 30 to 45 minutes upon delivery, not an hour and 3 minutes! No apologies whatsoever. The pizza was so thin that it collapsed when you try to eat it. It wasn’t even cut evenly. I don’t know if I’ll be supporting this establishment…

I order my pizza with extra toppings, mushrooms to be exact. When I opened the box I noticed the mushrooms weren’t cooked. I called them to let them know and they said that they use can mushrooms now and it’s not the same as before. I told them it’s fine but the mushroom’s weren’t cooked. You could literally see that the cuts on the pizza were under the mushroom but not through the mushroom themselves. They kept saying that the can mushrooms sit in water so it’s gonna cook differently. I mean tell me what you think (picture included at the end). They told me they can remake me another pizza but I have to return the pizza they gave. My order was $85 in total with a $10 tip. So in total I had to wait 2hr+ for my pizza.

Located next to Don Quiote in Pearl City, this is my go to when the fam wants a pizza fix Ordered online for pickup on the Pizza Hut app which yells you the estimated time and by the time I arrive there the pizza is hot and ready. What more can you ask for?
Seeing the other reviews and I guess the timely delivery is a problem….this place is a five minute drive from me so its not a problem for me to pick up. 5 stars

I ordered online and requested curbside pickup. Was rushing to get things ready for a simply lunch with my grandchildren. I was so pleased to have been able to order 2 personal pan cheese pizzas. The kiddos were so excited to have their own pizzas. we all enjoyed our lunch & I didn’t have to worry about walking into the store to pick up. Such an easy transaction. Thank you!

All we wanted was PIZZA and fast! I hit my Google maps for the closest pizza to me, and called. Bam! The sweet new age service of browsing the menu and ordering online. I opted to take the drive and pick up my order and pay at store instead of using my credit card. I got there my order was hot and my family was fed, and all was well!

This Pizza Hut was short handed. I like to not wait to pickup pizza so I did phone order the new Pizza Melt, the Call Center advised ii would be a 40 minutes wait, no problem, so I was within the 40 minutes, got there and had to wait another 15 minutes. Employee were very busy when I walked in, so waited to get acknowledged, gave my name and waited. I would order this Pizza Melt again, I would recommend it as a try.

Pizza hut is going downhill. Past 2-3 orders they replaced the red onions, that are specified as the ingredient, for regular white onions. They obviously taste different which made the pizza taste different. They didn’t say anything until I complained to which they said, “red onions are out of stock” . Then this last order they put CANNED mushrooms on a Super Supreme with all fresh veggies. It was nasty.
