We saw the tik tok, and we came! The food was top tier and the service was friendly and helpful. Greeted by the TikTok creator herself! She walked us through the menu and specials. We settled on the plantain pakoras with three sauces – tamarind, mint, onion chutney-all next level, Tikka masala with its nice balance of heat and spices, tandoori wings, masala fries, and a delicious pistachio lassi! We purposefully chose many items to try. We will definitely be returning often!!

We were so excited to try this place and did it deliver! The aesthetic is so unique and welcoming. The customer service was wonderful and extremely helpful while ordering. It was nice to sit down have a chat with family and enjoy a wonderful meal in a great place with amazing staff running it! The food was packed with so much flavor. The samosas were so good We had to buy more to bring back home to share. Mango lassi’s were spectacular. I will definitely be back. Stop in they are amazing! ❤️

This was my first time here, I’ve passed by it before in traffic and I’ve always wanted to stop by. I’m glad I did. I found out it was their first week under new ownership.

The food was amazing, I ordered the extra hot Lamb Rogan Ghoshtak. The gravy was packed with flavor. The ghost peppers were noticeable. The coconut naan was really good as well.

I got handed a free dessert, when I asked if it was vegan to share it with my partner they gave me a second vegan one for free.

Great food, great hospitality, and owners that seem like they care. I’ll definitely be back!

When I saw this place was under new management I was excited and even more so after reading the new reviews. I ordered the same day. To my delight, the flavor did not disappoint, I was very pleased by the complexity and richness of the curry and that it was smooth which I love- unlike many other Indian restaurants that put diced tomato or peppers in theirs. The Naan was also delicious and fresh, I loved the option to add extra garlic. My only complaints are the amount of protein and the price. My husband and I love this food but unfortunately we can not afford to eat here at 70 dollars for two entrees and 2 orders of naan. We order through doordash as we don’t have a car but as a dashpass member I am not paying extra fees, so we just pay tip which is about 4-5 dollars extra.. so it is about 67 before tip. This is way too expensive for us. I understand that you get a LOT of chicken/protein for this price but I find that the portion of is far too large. There is a TON of chicken in the Tikka Masala dinner, so much to the point that there’s not enough space for curry. My husband gets the lamb tikka masala and has no problem finishing his, as there is not an overwhelming amount of meat like the chicken entree.

For me, the curry is my favorite part, more than the meat and I love dipping my naan in it and having lots of sauce to go with my rice.
The amount of chicken is so abundant that I make two or 3 meals out of one dinner but the curry doesnt last through each meal. I personally wish that there was a more reasonable portion of meat at a lower price that allowed for a better ratio of meat to curry. You could get away with half the amount of chicken.
This is the best tikka masala I have had since Ghandi Mahal and when I can splurge I certainly do and plan to continue being a loyal customer when finances allow.

My friends and I all felt the food was great! Had more depth of flavor than most Indian restaurants in the Twin Cities and more spicy. Also nice extra touches like a lime wedge and chopped fresh red onion on my Chana Saag.

My friends had the coconut curry chicken (YUM) and lamb Rogan Josh, and we had the pikayu and samosa for appetizers. Their green chutney is fantastic.

Only thing I didn’t care for was the finishing salt on the appetizers, made them way too salty for my taste.

They do curry bowls which are a good deal and you can also order just curry (no rice) in two different sizes. They seem to do a lot of takeout business and I can see why, but the interior of the restaurant and the patio outside are both very nice for dining in. Service was great and the food came quickly.

Definitely recommend, I will be returning and also ordering takeout from here! I want to try their mango lassi next time, we were going out for dessert so I skipped it this time.

They are a no tipping establishment and charge a %15 fee. This is transparent on the menu. I’d prefer it just be included in the price of the food, but appreciate that it’s specified. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table.

After a long day of taking down Fascism on the 1/23/26 General Strike we remembered that this space was going to open to the community to warm up, enjoy some chai, and eat some delicious food for free.

When we arrived we were so warmly greeted and had a nice chat about how the owners grandma used togive out free food in India to all that would come. They are truly carrying her legacy forward.

Please come and support this wonderful family and business. I will be back and I will bring friends.
Thank you so much

5 stars because I’m rooting for the lovely family and team that bought this place 2025 but it’s gonna be hard to make the trip again soon. I spent about 38 dollars, I decided to treat myself because the person I was talking to seemed like they genuinely loved the food being served here and believed in it. They took the time to explain to me that medium spice level was already like a raw jalapeño and then they had spicy and extra spicy from there. They said they liked spice and spicy was a lot for them. Usually in MN I would get extra spicy and insist on it being even more so but because of that speech I decided not to be a hero and just get spicy, I just wanted a little heat… I don’t know what happened in the kitchen between that very professional interaction and cooking the food but what I ate felt more like I ate a candy bar not a pepper. Not a pepper in sight. That dish would have been made more spicy if I added some ketchup. Wasn’t as spicy as Frank’s, never mind tobasco. The lassi I ordered plan was also filled with sugar. Very strange experience. I’ll stop back in the future to see if it was a weird fluke because something smelled good in there.

By far the best portions for Indian food in the Twin Cities.

Spicier than most, which is a positive. If you don’t like spicy, stick to mild.

The food is truly excellent and the family running it are the best.

LOVE this place, always sad to see so few people coming in, it’s truly a hidden gem. Love the counter service, just order your food and take a seat. Biryani is full of flavor, and the lamb is wonderful to bite into. It will cost north of $20 after tax but it’s well worth it considering the generous portion sizes which will feed you for days. I will say though, heed the warnings about the spice levels- I like spicy food but medium was too much for me. Try this place out, you’ll be glad you did. If there’s one thing I would recommend to the owner, maybe a lunch size or small portion for the food. But I don’t mind the leftovers, so not a big deal.

Wow, incredible! Ive tried every Indian restaurant you could think of in the twin cities area and the food here is the best ive had. Very authentic taste and spice. I usually get hot every other place and it’s not hot enough but here the medium is plenty hot for spice level. The girl working was super amazing.
