This is a must go when you are Jasper or Marble Hill. This is a hidden gem disguised as a normal, run of the mill convenience store but wow the pizza is spot on. This is our first stop when in town and its always a hit. Great crust, fresh toppings and good sizing for your dollar. Do not miss this place!

At first glance, you may not even realize the restaurant is there. However, I highly recommend Padella Pizza if you’re in the area! The pizza is very good especially for the price, and they are fast and efficient with orders. It is located in a gas station and they are open fairly late so. I got the Margherita pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it!

We were hesitant to go in because we thought they were closed. We are glad we did. They’re located in a Sunoco station. Great pizza and fast and friendly service. We will be back. We didn’t know this place existed and only live 5 miles away.
Edit: we came back 4 months later and I had to change my initial review from a 5 to a 2. We got a large thin crust pizza. Meat lovers on half and pepperoni on the other. The pizza was swimming in grease. We mopped up the grease with paper towels and ate it.
I wish I could post my updated pics here. I did post pics in the google photo album for this restaurant.

Quality ingredients, local cheese great on site sauce. I really liked how the crust wasn’t greasy, but crispy. I love that in a pizza.

Definitely eating here again. Recommended by a friend, and glad they did. I had the calzone and my wife had the chicken picatta, both were delicious and fairly priced.

The chef is classically trained in Italian food. The most popular dishes and that are his expertise are pizzas, calzones, strombolis, chicken wings and his Philly and chicken Philly sandwiches as well as his fries. The location itself may not think there is a gem of a restaurant inside. But there are a few tables with tablecloths and takeout is about a 15-20 minute turn around. Calling in orders is highly advised. He is very popular in the community. The locals from Mica eat there regularly. And I have been there several times when doctors and businessmen have driven all the way down from Big Canoe and drove right past Marble Hill to eat and his tiny restaurant. Be sure to leave him a tip. He works 6 days a week to provide for his family and sometimes he may not be there right on time for opening. So be flexible and enjoy.

Amazing pizza! I ordered The Works (meats + veggies) and everything was cooked to perfection. The veggies had a fresh crunch to them, the meats were cooked perfectly, and the crust had just the right amount of crispiness. Service was excellent and the food came out quick. Not a single bad thing to say about this place. Stop by if you have the time!
