Terrible food. Terrible service. We ordered Mongolian Beef and had to spread it out on a 9×13 pan because we couldn’t find any beef. There were four 1/2″ x 1/2″ pieces of beef in one and 5 in the other. The rest was onions and sparse vegetables, but not even broccoli or anything recognizable. We also purchased two large orders of chicken fried rice and there was hardly any chicken in them either. $60 for the food. When I called to ask what had happened they just said “Sorry, we always put a lot of beef, but don’t you know the price of beef is $10.99 and we can’t put that much in there anymore but no one else complained? If you don’t like it don’t come back.” They charge $15 for an order, so they should be able to put more meat in there. Stay away. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ordered orange chxn, fried rice and egg rolls. Spent $81 bucks for 3 people to eat. When I called to order amd asked how many a serving of the orange chxn would serve they didn’t know. No biggie. Got the food home there were chxn pieces laying on top In the container that were not covered in sauce. The sauce was old and the other chxn pieces covered in sauce were kind of chewy. The food was horrible. Won’t eat here again. Check your food before you leave.

Times have been difficult for the restaurant trade. I try to support local businesses, especially in these unprecedented times. We decided to go for chinese this time. We ordered ginger beef and ginger shrimp from the Szechuan side of the menu. We also ordered hot and sour soup, vegetable egg roll and Barbecue pork. In all fairness, my review has been made with an open mind in regard to variations of dishes based on regional preference and with a nod to the fact that some ingredients may not be readily available.

1. Never had ginger shrimp, so no preconceived notions. The vegetables were cut in huge pieces. Not pleasing to my palate. There were maybe 6 to 7 medium shrimp in the large size portion. The rest was huge pieces of vegetables. One mushroom amongst what seemed to be canned water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. What I did enjoy was the pieces of sautéed ginger. While some pieces were huge, many were a little caramelized which made my mouth ask for more.

2. I tried to be kind in my regard to the hot and sour soup. It was terrible. It was a cornstarch slurry made with all vinegar it seemed. It had a cloying sweetness as if it attempted to be sweet and sour soup. It only had black fungous and slivered bamboo shoots? No umami whatsoever. No mushrooms, no lotus shoots, no tofu etc. After a few mouthfulls, we had to dump that portion of the order.

3. The vegetable egg roll was very good with a surprising spice note that i enjoyed. The best part of the meal.

4. The BBQ pork seemed to be pork roast with something like kikomans teriyaki sauce added. It was simply ok. Not worth the price, but I was glad for it considering the lack of shrimp in the entrée.

Of course there was rice. And the whole order was ready in about 30 minutes.

I may be interested to try this place again after the economy is able to re-open, but the price was not equitable to the food satisfaction.

I don’t understand all these haters, food is tasty and big portions. Whoever complains about portion size must be eating like a pig, I can tell you that my order of Singapore rice noodle can feed 2 people, maybe 3.

Food was amazing. Had the cashew chicken and added snow peas. Was so fresh and so many veggies added. Egg rolls were great along with the governors meal and garlic shrimp. Definitely our new favorite Chinese restaurant!

Very polite host took our order. The wait wasn’t too long. Take out only. The food didn’t taste good. The pork had pieces of gristle in it. The sweet and sour was just sour. The prices were reasonable. Interesting decorations along the ceiling.
