This Starbucks is quite spacious with a modern feel. The baristas are friendly and our drinks were perfect! I appreciate that they were willing to make my latte in my own cup.

I love going here because every time I walk in everybody says Hi Miss Mary. I’m a retired partner. I’m so glad that this was built in Live Oak because going to Lake City from where we live with the closest place to get my weekly mark out.

Usually I never have a problem with my orders at Starbucks they are my go to for coffee but I guess there is a new girl there. I ordered two hot coffees and an iced coffee. The hot coffees were not hot my husbands dad was able to gargle it to show how it wasn’t hot at all. They only remade one of them and made us pay for another hot one but made sure to take their time and do it last and that one wasn’t hot either and my iced coffee had a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. We were in there for about 45 minutes and didn’t get what we wanted.

This is a very nice Starbucks location. The service is quick. The only thing I didn’t like is that my iced latte was more light colored than usual. Almost white. It was a cafe latte with stevia and 2% milk. Should not be that white colored. Tasted like it had too much milk too.

People here are nice but god : 30 min for two drinks to prepare and absolutely no line ! Worst wait time I ever got in a Starbucks. When we told them we were actually in a hurry took them 2 min to prepare it. Wonder what they were doing before that …

I went to Starbucks this morning at 7am the drive thru wasn’t open so I went inside. The lady that took my order customer service was unpleasant. Once my order was completed she didn’t even let me know it was completed. I looked over and saw two drinks and mentioned to her she could have told me my order was completed. She said she let me know twice. I was sitting next to the counter so I know she didn’t let me know my order was completed.

I go here often but there’s nothing like someone actually remembering your name, even when going through the drive-through they always say “hey Mrs Janice”. The nicest crew I’ve ever encountered. They are always on spot with the drinks as well. Doesn’t vary much between the baristas which you don’t see at other places. So I may not say it to you guys at my local Starbucks, but I really appreciate you all!!!
