I showed up 15 min to closing and they were already cleaning and closing down the grill.. I asked for a steak burrito with shrimp and they didn’t give me the shrimp. They seemed like they were more worried about closing out and not turning on extra grills than giving me what I ordered plus they charged me for the extra shrimp not in my burrito… definitely not going back!

When my kids were younger, we used to go here fairly frequently. Happened to be driving by so picked up lunch. Burritos were not as good as I remembered…And since COVID, no more salsa bar.

IMHO, this is the best Una Mas location in the Bay Area — great burritos & tacos (I go for the crispy chicken with guacamole), and tortilla soup to die for!

Very clean restaurant A+++ on been spotless. Great Customers Service as well. Ordered, the Enchilada Stake Plate at a low price for the portion served. Food tasted good up to management and staff for maintaining a well-running restaurant.

Honestly it’s kinda weird. First, the salsa tastes like spaghetti sauce. Second they don’t allow refills on drinks even though the fountain is located in the dining area.
I ordered carne asada fries, but somehow this super basic thing was super disappointing. It’s not that the staff was bad or anything, everything was cooked right, but how can you go wrong mixing meat cheese onion cilantro and fries? Should be a slam dunk but somehow it isn’t.
As a Mexican food lover, this almost feels bad to say, but I would take Taco Bell over this place any day.
No beef with the staff they were actually chill. More of a public service announcement. All the reviews ranting and raving about how great it is… I feel sorry for you. Please contact me personally and I will take you somewhere good so you know what you’re talking about.
This isn’t a red salsa vs. tomatillo salsa debate, the food is just legit terrible.

I ordered the fajita combo plate. The steak and vegetables were tasty and the meal included fresh tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole, a few chips, a little bit of salsa, and a drink. They even added some jalapeños to give it some extra spice. The staff were helpful and nice. The seating was arranged towards one side of the dining area, so there was a fairly wide space between the kitchen area and the tables in the dining area.
