Garrett was an excellent sandwich artist. He makes subs from the heart with love and passion. he takes his time to ensure each sub is perfect and delectable. the lady with purple hair isn’t bad either.

Picked up some sandwiches while we waited for our kids to get their haircuts next door. Found an earring backing in one of our subs! Absolutely disgusting!! There’s no working number for the store and when we approached the girl she simply said that’s weird and maybe it’s the girl with five piercings in each ear.
Not a resolution or a sorry. No wonder the subway has terrible reviews.

Went in today to buy one 6-inch sandwich. Long line, only one kid working the counter and cash register. The “manager” was there too, but not helping in the least. This was during the lunch rush. No meatballs, so ordered a club sandwich, and as I watched, I noticed he put on only turkey and roast beef, but no ham. When I brought it to his attention , he stated that they were out of ham. He was going to try to slip one by without providing what was supposed to be in the sandwich. I don’t know what was going on, but poorly staffed, couldn’t believe the “manager” didn’t step up to help. Very negative experience.

Came in at 6pm on a Wednesday, they only had wheat and flat bread, no meatballs, 2 of their fountain sodas were out and the ladies room was out of order. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I would definitely go somewhere else.

Oh Subway, thou sandwich shop of sorrow,
Thy glowing sign promised warmth and provolone,
Yet when I came, an hour ‘fore tomorrow,
Thy doors were locked, thy mercy gone.
My online order sat there, trapped—
A digital dream of bread and cheese.
While inside, workers glanced and tapped,
Pretending not to hear my pleas.
You closed at nine, but it was eight!
A cruel betrayal wrapped in rye.
My stomach wept, my hope met fate—
A lonely man before cold glass sky.
So now I write, a poet scorned,
Of tuna melts and trust betrayed.
For all the subs I once adored
Now taste of heartbreak, poorly made.
May your ovens flicker, your toasters sigh,
And your pickles always run dry.
For locking me out before due time—
Subway, your crime’s of sandwich kind.

Went in and got a sandwich and salad tonight and both girls that where working was in the back talking and as they where making the food they didn’t put much on either of my items had to keep telling them to add more and they acted like really your going to make me work. Mind you I was the only customer there. Normally, when I get this salad, it’s filled to the top. This place does not want to put any effort into making your items.

Soren saved me today! I had screwed up the timing on an online order’s and Soren took the time to listen and help find a solution-regardless of the computer timing! I appreciate you very much! You made some happy kids and a relieved mom!

Went in on a Monday and the open sign is off at 850. Could tell she was annoyed. They don’t close for 40 more min. Also out of meat balls. Maybe if she didn’t shut things down 40 min befor close… they would have what they r supposed to have

Where’s the chicken? My family got this for a late dinner because we were busy all day. Got it super late took forever for them to make it and then there is literally no chicken on my sandwich. It is all the crumbly toppings and my son paid for a double meat on his sandwich and it looks like there’s half meat on it. Tried calling for 20 minutes before they closed to get this resolved in no answer. Don’t waste your time or money believe me I will be trying to contact them again.
