Called in an order for steak and cheese and a calzone with poppers. She said 20 minutes, arrived and it wasn’t even being made yet. It wasn’t very busy. The people cooking do not wear gloves.

Typically, this is one of my go to spots to order food. Though on countless times, I have ordered and repeated my order several times and what I received was never correct I continued to return without complaint. BUT, this will be the last time I ever order from them again. The lack of customer service and professionalism at this business does not make up for the food at all. I don’t care if I’m spending $7 or $50, you’re not going to talk to me with disrespect.
The woman you have answering the phone needs to be reminded on what common courtesy is when you’re running a business. Answering the phone with a attitude and then yelling at customers, “You need to tell me what you want, lady!” as they are trying to place an order is not professional at all.
And as I can see from previous reviews, she seems to be the common denominator.

order steak tips with rice. rice was way over done just mush the salad that came with was old . also order mozzarella sticks didn’t think anyone can mess that up. they were oily and were fried it some werid batter. huge disappointment

Much like other people the woman answering the phone was rude doesn’t k ow her area and hung up on me twice. I am a truck driver from Maryland and my truck couldn’t fit on their lot so I drove there and blocked people in because this woman said “don’t ever call here again” look at all these complaints about the woman. If she is a regular employee she needs to go other wise people will see how she is on the phone and bye bye business. This is the lowest scored place in the area. 60% of the reviews are from the customer courtesy of the lady. On top og that still had to pay full price for that.

We order all the time from here but today was the worst experience ever. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad but they never sent dressing so my husband called and asked for the dressing so they sent the driver with it, it took about ten minutes and we live less than a minute away then when I got it there was spit in it. My husband called to complain, we have NEVER complained before, they refused to take blame for them or their driver spitting in it, and the woman threatened my husband. We went from spending $100 a week to never again ordering from there. Rude, disgusting behavior.
