We had a nice dinner there last week.
I was hesitant based on the negative reviews, but the service was great. I can imagine things getting chaotic on a weekend, as we went on a Monday and they were still fairly busy.
Food was great and flavorful. However, it did take a bit too long to come out.
I think if you avoid weekends you should have a smooth experience.

Went here around 7 pm Monday night for dinner, it was packed inside and we had a 45 min wait to be seated, so we just walked around the mall for the time being. Service was very slow and it took a while for food to come to the table. Waiter was communicative about everything though.
I wanted to try something new, so I chose the Factory nachos with grilled chicken (6/10) I wasn’t expecting the portion to be so large which was a plus, but the downside was that the cheese was congealed and had already sat for a while before it got to the table. Chips were a little too hard also. Definitely could’ve been a lot better, I didn’t enjoy them too much. To drink, I tried the Strawberry infused margarita (8.5/10) it was refreshing.
Very busy night (prob because of the holidays) and it showed in the service and food.
My overall rate of experience : 6.5/10

I never been here before but my server was Ms. Angie and she was awesome. I would go back again just because of the server and the great food and dessert in the atmosphere. But if you go there, it’s best to have a reservation or you will be waiting a good while

I was a little bit disappointed this time because they sit us on a side of the restaurant where a thill wooden wall separate us from the some sort of dish washing area where the loud noises were really unpleasant.
We had to wait 9 minutes after seated to get a server and had her change our table.
Everything got beater after we got our new server Keri B she was very efficient and caring and thanks to her we resume a good enough experience on my daughter’s birthday.

From the time we were seated to taking our orders was 4 minutes. Then it took 17 minutes for the dishes to arrive. So, the food arrived surprisingly fast. The Server’s name was Ashton. He was very attentive and polite. The good was great, except that they were lukewarm and not got, which is why Food gets only 4 stars. Overall, our experience was great for everyone in our party. Note, the gift cards are available again.

This review is mostly just to give a shoutout to our waitress Jennifer G because she was amazing!!! So kind, helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The grill was broken, the food wasn’t super hot [but it was yummy], and I’ve had problems at this location a couple of times before when coming in just to order a cheesecake to carry out [they always lose our ticket and we end up waiting over an hour]. But I would come back if Jennifer was our waitress just because she is that wonderful. Thank you!

Food was great. We were told 5-15 min wait. We waited less than 5 minutes. Richard was professional and quick. We did ask for the biscuits and chicken for an appetizer. It came out half way through dinner service. We were told it was the biscuits. It was worth the wait! Will return!

I was out of town and stopped by TCF as we don’t have one in my hometown.
Before I could order my cheesecakes, including a cake, to go, I and the other customers behind me watched employees behind the counter chatting amongst themselves for at least 2 minutes without acknowledging us.
It’s possible that they were working, but a simple, “Good afternoon. We’ll be right with you”, would have set a better tone of hospitality.
Once the ?manager (person in a white shirt) stood in front of the register, he addressed me, acknowledged the first part of my order, but then proceeded to give money from the register to the same employee (in a black shirt) he was originally talking to and continued talking to her.
Once she left, the gentleman took my order. It would have been nice to have been pointed to an area to wait, but I simply decided to stand a few steps away to the side. I overheard the two customers behind me order single sliced cheesecakes.
Afterwards, the same guy in the white shirt called out my order, I stepped 2 steps over towards him and smiled. He called out the order again and said, “did YOU have the triple berry, birthday cake, and peach perfect cheesecakes with a 7 inch cake?” I said “yes” while looking a bit puzzled at him, as I just ordered it maybe 2 minutes prior, and he didn’t seem to either believe or remember me. I’m the only one who ordered a full cake. I am unsure why he was that inattentive to someone who just spent $78 on desserts for my family; but it was quite awkward and unappreciated.

Walking around the mall it was hard to miss the signs for this restaurant. It made me want it. There was a line forming in the waiting area. I went on the website and placed an order. The wait was about half an hour which is understandable considering they are busy. What you might not know the pick up station is outside to the side. If you aren’t sure about where. Go ahead and ask the hostess inside. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was friendly. Even the coworkers had high spirits. I notice everyone loving their food. Highly recommend this restaurant.
