Drove up, only customer at 5:17pm on Saturday evening. Ordered 12 pc chicken and biscuits. Told them I’d wait for some new fresh and juicy chicken. Paid my order (got no receipt). Waited about 20 mins, got my chicken. Got home and my 12 pc is an 8 pc. I called. The kid manager could not have cared less about what happened. He hung up on me. So I’ll add Hardee’s to my ever growing list of stores to avoid. Last week at Little Caesar’s across the Hwy they took 2.5 hours to make my (1) pizza. I guess Chick-fil-A is the only place that can actually produce hot food on time. What a concept.

The Manager, Maddie, was so kind & helpful when I was having a difficult time ordering through the app. This young lady is such an asset to the company, & to this location. She’s got a bright future ahead of her.
The ladies behind the counter were so friendly, helpful, & fun! I was having a frustrating day with a cranky, hungry (hangry) 3-year old, but they turned everything right around with their kind, fun attitudes & laughter!

At this point, I’m fairly certain Hardees is stealing with no intent to refund. I placed an order through the app for a family chicken dinner. Upon arrival, I was told that the restaurant was completely out of chicken besides tenders. I was then told I have to go through an outside third party to obtain my refund. I have emailed and tried to contact Hardees twice. I guess it is a donation at this point. I don’t recommend anyone eating at the Hardees in Moyock.

Can anyone make a decent chicken sandwich besides Chick-fil-A. The sandwich was ice-cold to start. I ordered the club, and nothing was on the sandwich. I gave the whole sandwich back. It was given back to me the same way. There was a past manager at this location who was great but obviously not there now.

Well they are still the same. Nothing like getting cold fries and old chicken at 7pm. Smh. The restaurant was dead probably for this reason.
This restaurant is either really good or really bad there is no in between. Tonight we had to wait forever for what they said was hot fries. Kinda weird because everything was lukewarm at best. There is a older african american gentleman that is a manager there and if he is working we know the food will be hot, if he isn’t it is cold and not great. He should be fully running that place. We live at most 2 minutes away so they can’t blame it on distance we travel and I tried the fries in the parking lot

Fries…. Someone should be fired for serving these 2 orders of fries to us. They served old, cold, dried out hard fries. In fact so hard I thought I had chipped a tooth. It was dinner time, place was dead. I don’t understand why you couldn’t have dropped FRESH HOT FRIES when you had 2 customers? Poor customer service. Ask yourself, would YOU serve this to your own family?

The new night manager, Thomas- is really making a positive change in this Hardee’s! The food was cooked nicely and boxed nicely! He is also very friendly which is always nice and not so common anymore with fast food employees and managers. Such a huge difference than before. Go check it out!
Update 1/15/22. Had breakfast while waiting for an oil change and it was amazingly cooked! See pics.
We went again at 5pm to get the 12 PC dinner for the kids… there was no business at all. We were told that they had no chicken dropped and there would be a 20 minute wait. Not one customer was there. We decided to not wait 20 minutes and we went elsewhere for dinner. I was confused about why they were completely dead as far as business, and had no chicken cooked. I think many people chose not to wait 20 mins.

This is the best Hardee’s ever. Julie made me feel at home from the time I walked in to getting my food. Julie is an amazing employee at 5am and I just met her today. That Nashville chicken biscuit is very good. Made my morning.
