Stopped in for lunch. Ordered the philly cheesesteak egg rolls for an appetizer and my date and I both got the bento box. Both had plenty of food. I had the bang bang shrimp and she had the mango shrimp. Both were delicious. Will definitely be back.

I had lunch here yesterday, and the food and service were good. I got the New York Fried Roll, Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Roll, and Red Bowl Chicken Udon Noddles. My favorite was definitely the shushi!

Absolutely wonderful experience eating here today. My husband and I were doing some last minute running around and stopped to try the food here. I was so happy to find that the sushi served here had no off or pungent ocean smell to it. Absolutely delicious. The kitchen was even kind enough to make a tofu and broccoli dish instead of a beef or chicken and broccoli dish. My husband ordered eggrolls & sesame chicken with fried rice, he loved the eggrolls here and the main dish. The server was super sweet and made sure to check on us often. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. If I could suggest anything, it would be to maybe consider serving soju, but even without alcohol, this was an enjoyable restaurant with delicious food, it’s not often places attached to a mall are this good. We will definitely be returning again in the future.

Ordered through Door Dash and cannot comment on service or atmosphere. General Tao Chicken was bland and breading seemed a bit.doughy. Cheese wantons were.ok. Not my favorite but could see how others may like it.

– Ordered Vegetable Spring roll and Red bowl fried rice(Chicken).
– The vegetable spring roll was amazing with the sauce. You’ll only get one per order, be mindful of that one ordering. I’d definitely order again.
– The chicken fried rice was okay, I felt rice was semi cooked but everything else was just okay. The quantity was generous.
– Packaging was good and order was delivered on time. Decently priced.

I love Red Bowl that is my go-to spot for sushi. Usually I’m most happy with my order when I get it. However with that being said the last couple times I went everything was off. I should have heeded the warnings when the hostess that took my order kept asking me to repeat how I wanted my food prepared. I will admit I am very specific and picky about my food and will more often than not usually have preparation requests. However if I’m willing to spend money in these restaurants than I need my food prepared the way I want it. So it was just sad when I got home and none of my requests were honored. Enjoyment level could have easily been a 8 but went down to 4. I do not like celery or sesame seeds on my sushi and I emphasize that three times to the girl, it had both. I also noticed the last couple of times I ate there that the food wasn’t top quality like it tastes watery as if it was frozen too long. That’s not my usual experience at Red Bowl so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Drinks and food was good. My meal came out on time except for my veggie egg rolls. I shouldn’t have to ask where is my other plate. And I asked for extra napkins. Never happened. I ate at the Bar. I usually eat at the one in Greenville off Pleasantsburg Rd, great service there!
They took the rolls off my bill and gave them to me in a to go bag.

I have just recently begun eating at this chain of restaurants. This one at Westgate Mall did not disappoint. I had the Sesame Chicken lunch special which included a yummy egg roll. All for under $10. The service was great as well. The receptionist could have been a little more expressive but maybe she was having a bad day. She was still nice when she got around to seating me. The food was served promptly and was hot. I highly recommend eating here.
