Great eats for quick meal. Can get busy during lunch and dinner hours. What’s great is the seasonal items they have to offer, traditional piadas, salads and pasta. If you want to get creative, you have the ability to create your own. I love the modern furniture.

Love the calamari personally, but all of their food is fresh and tends to have a little bit of zing to it. Portions are decent sized ( fairly large), but even more importantly than the quantity, I must stress the quality is supreme. You can taste how fresh it is, even the feel of the ingredients is a fresh and crisp texture. This is definitely not your typical McDonald’s pink slime garage at all! Very snazzy

The food is good. I order on line and have now 4 times and every time and I mean every time they are out of something, or they didn’t print out the order so nothing is ready. I’m not ordering late, in fact latest order was just after 8PM. You shouldn’t be out of ingredients at 8PM. They are nice enough about it when I get there but it’s annoying to use the pick up service when there always seems to be an issue with it.
I’ll still go there because the food is good and the people are nice but they have got to get a handle on inventory and their pick up service.

Outstanding food. Nothing here is bad. The pasta is a hair on the dry side (read as: needs a bit more sauce) but still really good. Everything on the menu is great. I prefer the Steak Avocado Piada with Orange Italian soda. If it’s Tuesday and not too far for you and you have kids (so many conditions!), hit up the Mall of America location to take advantage of their free kids meal with drink (a more than sufficient portion for a kid) with adult entree purchase. Can’t beat the quality for the price on Tuesday, for sure, but maybe any other day, too.

The salads are unbelievable! The farmers market salad is amazing and order it whenever I go there. I’ve tried other dishes but I’m hooked. I went there today, and spilled some or most of my salad while eating and politely let them know so they could clean that up. A few minutes later the supervisor (Matt) came out smiling with another salad to compensate me for the loss. Not many restaurants take that extra step so today they earned another loyal customer. Great food. Great atmosphere.

This place is great – flavorful, quick, and good value, on par with other fast casual chains. The food is usually fresh, especially if you go during the busy time of day. There are healthy options and some more hearty as options as well. “The Chipotle of Italian food” as it was described to me.

The taste of the Fall Avocado Piada (with added Italian sausage) is really memorable. I loved their sodas and plan to go back soon. Great staff and really relaxed atmosphere around 2pm. The prices don’t justify an everyday trip for sure but it’s a great treat!

Awesome food! Definitely recommend getting the noodles inside your Piada (burrito-like-thing). Sounds odd, but it makes the meal! Similar to rice in your Chipotle. Agree that the parking is beyond horrible. Went there at 11:00am on Christmas Eve and there was no room at all. Can’t fault the restaurant for that… just the city for terrible zoning!

I was excited when I saw this place was going to move in. After several lunches there, it does not disappoint. You can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. The ingredients are fresh and have some great, unique options. The staff is very friendly and you get through the line quickly. I can see this place becoming a great staple of Chanhassen. Go once, you’ll be back.

Food was good. Could have had more meat in both mine and my wife’s food. The major downfall of this restaurant is the parking lot shared with Starbucks and a dental office. 11:15am on a Wednesday and not a single parking spot open with several cars circling for a spot. 3 businesses and 20 spots for employees and customers. Design Fail.
