So happy to have a café/coffee shop join our little Mecosta center of town! The copies were great and they have a wide variety of drinks on the menu. We also each got lunch sandwiches and they were pretty good! All the prices are very reasonable too.

Wonderful to see a coffee shop in our community again! Nice clean atmosphere, it’s not a chain and isnt staffed like one so don’t go in expecting some kind of inhumanly fast speed. They make nice hot drinks, nice hot food, you can sit down and eat or take it to go. It’s hard for me to find food at restaurants that I like and I’m enjoying my Hibernator combo and caramel latte as if I’d made it myself.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning, it was busy and that was great to see in our little CL community, if you don’t have time to wait during the busiest time of the day, leave the house earlier 🙂
I had the breakfast burrito (2 per order). Nice and hot, they were not skimpy on the filling like you get at the “chains” and the pricing was very fair.

I went to Big Bear Java for the first time this morning, and it is excellent! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend.

Got big bear Java with my husband over this Christmas with an extremely large order around the 12th for a pre family Christmas morning as people arrived in for the weekend nice and early. We ordered more than 7 sandwich’s and a coffees to match!! They were an assortment we ended up cutting each in half’s so everyone got to try everything!! Not only was it just all around amazing,the service was too. They make all of this from scratch and it shows through because WOW! My husband couldn’t wait to share the very fact it’s all homemade and how he accidentally bought so much not realizing how much work it would cause the staff!! But wow they handled the large order with so much care and attention!! Couldn’t recommend enough! My mother in law also raves about her visits with so much love and respect for the place!! They were amazing!
